I just went to costa with my wife and the manger asked him if he had left feedback about her which he did a couple of weeks ago as she pulled him aside saying he made staff feel uncomfortable which is not true as he gets on with all the staff she then told him today he was banned from the store which I feel is disgusting just because he left feedback about how she treated him.

Went to costa at Neasden in London Saturday morning and ask for black americano. I was told they don’t do americano instead I can have double expresso. So how hard is to convert expresso to americano??

Don't buy a voucher and send them to Northern Ireland to your family as they don't work and then when you contact customer services they don't help you and don't come back to you and guess what all communication is via email so they can just mug you off.

I have been using this branch in cheriton Folkestone for a couple of years now and to be honest worst ever visit no customer engagement coffee when made just dumped on the counter no thank you no eye contact. The baristas using dirty jugs over and over hot chocolate jugs were thick with hard chocolate on them the girl called Haley I think itching inside her ear never washed her hands after it made me feel sick with the state of the place got my coffee and left thrown it in the bin did not dear drink it these 2 members should be re trained in all areas in hygiene and customer service I will not revisit if these 2 people are on shift I have given 1 as there is no option to go lower

Costa Castle Marina. They seem to hire many students and their attitude at times is below acceptable. If you can not be Polite to your customers you shouldn’t be working in hospitality. It’s a shame as most Costas you get really good service.

I’m a regular customer at Costa who spends on average about £30 a week in Costa franchises. On Saturday 5th November I went to the Costa in Moto services, Birch Eastbound off the M62 and I asked their arrogant employee for a salted caramel latte (which I order every time I visit Costa with no issues). First of all I was told that she did not have salted caramel syrup which was a lie, I could see the bottle behind her. She then said this is only for cold refreshments we do not offer salted caramel lattes. When I confronted her on this point she says it’s against Costa policy to serve hot salted caramel lattes? Again a complete fabrication. When I pleaded with her to make it, she put hardly any syrup in the cup, burnt the coffee and pretty much launched the coffee across the counter, I’ve never seen such rudeness and disrespect towards a customer in ten years shopping on Costa stores. It was so foul I had to throw it away. I received a weak apology from the store and as a result refuse to shop there again

Good day, I went to get my morning coffee at Costa at the Mall of Sofia in Bulgaria earlier today. The customer service was abysmal. The barista said her name is Svetlozara and she also said she's the manager. Very rude and disrespectful service, so much so, that I would not visit that location ever again.

I wanted to post about the poor service I received at Scunthorpe Retail Park Costa yesterday. I went in with my daughter, son in law & baby granddaughter at just gone 3pm. We put in our order to be told its take away only, there were other people sat at tables enjoying their coffees so we asked why, to which we got shrug of shoulders from the 2 ladies that were serving and a we don't know you'll have to ask the manager, who was at the back of the store cleaning. The manager kept his head down and did not acknowledge us, and the staff did not offer to get him. We did order some drinks, 3x frappes, I asked for 1 without coffee. When we got outside and tasted our drinks the other 2 did not have coffee, so my daughter took them back in, the attitude of the lady serving was very off hand, she made new drinks but when they were done she just banged them down and did not say a word. The service was disgraceful we had gone in to sit down as I have disabilities and need to sit down and take medication and the baby needed feeding, I would have understood if it was close to closingtime, but there was an hour and half left. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!!!!

What happened today is Horrible. I want to Unit 8, Brent Cross Shopping Park, NEXT, Brent Cross, London NW2 1LS I was shopping in Next, and had to use the toilet because of medical reasons, i had surgery 10 days ago and at one point i didn't feel well, i need to use the toilet and wash my face. The Waiter said No ! i can use the toilet only if i get something from the shop, i said that im was shopping at the moment on the same floor and it is Emergency i need to use the toilet, i ask her very nicely and i was polite. Still she didn't let me. I understand tthat they're having a rules, but sometimes you need to make exceptions l, you need to be a Human. I was disappointed how people can be so Robotic and rude without any feelings about others! I will never go there! STOP SUPPORTING THE BIG COOPERATIONS LIKE COSTA! Suport the small local business instead!

Last Tuesday/ and last Wednesday my partner and myself went to your Luton branch, brought 2 large Lattes and two toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches, which coast me £17.49, by the time they brought them over to our table the coffee was cold, and as for the sandwiches they were horrible because they were cold and rubbery. We did call someone over to the table but got ignored. And because we are disabled were unable to carry our tray back to the counter. So on Thursday we thought we would try again, so order 2 large Lattes, a cheese and tomato panini, a toasted cheese and ham toasted sandwich, and I said can you please make sure they are all hot not like the cold stuff we were served up the day before. This meal cost me £21.00 , I went to my table and waited 20 minutes for someone to bring our coffees and food over. And I can tell you the coffee was lukewarm, and as for the pannie, sandwich they were cold. Tried to get attention of someone behind the counter, but they were all busy laughing and talking between themselves, and completely ignoring customers. So in the end we just left the shop. And I can tell you that we will never return. Because I think if you spend money for drinks and food you expect them to be hot.

It is not the first time that Costa in Tesco Superstore Burnage in Manchester only offer take away service because they are closing, I can understand this if the close time is arriving but we have arrived 40 minutes before the close time. When the barista told us is only take away service, I asked him, sorry what time are you closing and he did not want tell me what time they close. Fortunately the other barista a very kind girl, told me no worries you can sit to eat and drink until 5.
