I have just left my local Costa In binley Warwickshire shopping park, I have been there with my dog multiple times because I was told dog's are allowed in not just service dogs other dogs my dog is so friendly alot of the customers and their children come and say hello to him when we are there he looks forward to going there....today the staff member kirsten was so rude to me she proceeded to tell Me on atleast 5 different occassions that only service dogs were allowed this was infront of other customers but I could sit outside although its raining today...having told me there was a bowl for a drink for dogs she then said she couldn't find the bowl because there had been a clear out ....she is a very rude member of your staff to me and other customers and will do nothing for your business except give customers a bad experience she shrugged her shoulders at me when I said does this mean I cant bring him in again suggesting no...itwas a very bad experience

Costa Coffee White Rose nearest to the entrance - Mums latte was luke warm and resembled a flat white (normally have this at Kingsgate in Huddersfiled and it is superb) My cappuccino was luke warm and the froth on top, which is normally think and creamy from Kingsgate, was barely there. The coffee was bitter. I wont be back to this one unfortunately.

The service was very substandard. We went at 17.45, we wanted to have a coffee with my husband. The staff did’t like this, they indicated that they would close at 18:00. Closing at 19:00 is stated on the door and on the website. They behaved horribly, prepared the coffees with grimaces on their faces (we wanted flat whites, just got milk instead) and didn't even return our goodbyes. We will never go to Didcot Costa cafe again!!

Rude staff and terrible manager I have been in costa coffee in Manchester arndale shopping centre which based behind the lift opposite the sport direct the staff are very very very rude specially store management and girl working there with red hair, she charged me two times and gave me one receipt she scanned my card few times and she said your card didn’t go through after 10 minutes I backed to her and I complained and I said you took money two times from my account, even I have shown her my account but she passed me to another person and that person passed me to someone else the store manager, from 17 of march till now I still didn’t get my money back. Just look after your money when you go there just pay them cash their card machine is not safe at all. I think this job is too big for store manager which already managing the store. Cost coffee was one of my favourite coffee shops but not any more Date of experience: 21 March 2023

This is the second time in a week I have been in here. I have been hassled for money by a homeless man, who is allowed to sit in here for long periods. If I come in a third time to this situation I shall look elsewhere for my morning break

I just went to costa with my wife and the manger asked him if he had left feedback about her which he did a couple of weeks ago as she pulled him aside saying he made staff feel uncomfortable which is not true as he gets on with all the staff she then told him today he was banned from the store which I feel is disgusting just because he left feedback about how she treated him.

Went to costa at Neasden in London Saturday morning and ask for black americano. I was told they don’t do americano instead I can have double expresso. So how hard is to convert expresso to americano??

Don't buy a voucher and send them to Northern Ireland to your family as they don't work and then when you contact customer services they don't help you and don't come back to you and guess what all communication is via email so they can just mug you off.

I was in Costa Chipping Norton on Saturday 10th December waiting for my 17 year old daughter to finish her shift at 2pm she finished at 2:10 her supervisor called her over and shouted at her in-fount of customers as she had forgotten a resit from m&s and today Sunday 11th I walked in to her crying on me from the same supervisor that she is working with she has purple hair and goes by the name of Dee I’m not happy about this as it’s the only job my daughter has been happy doing now she hates it

I have been using this branch in cheriton Folkestone for a couple of years now and to be honest worst ever visit no customer engagement coffee when made just dumped on the counter no thank you no eye contact. The baristas using dirty jugs over and over hot chocolate jugs were thick with hard chocolate on them the girl called Haley I think itching inside her ear never washed her hands after it made me feel sick with the state of the place got my coffee and left thrown it in the bin did not dear drink it these 2 members should be re trained in all areas in hygiene and customer service I will not revisit if these 2 people are on shift I have given 1 as there is no option to go lower

Costa Castle Marina. They seem to hire many students and their attitude at times is below acceptable. If you can not be Polite to your customers you shouldn’t be working in hospitality. It’s a shame as most Costas you get really good service.

I’m a regular customer at Costa who spends on average about £30 a week in Costa franchises. On Saturday 5th November I went to the Costa in Moto services, Birch Eastbound off the M62 and I asked their arrogant employee for a salted caramel latte (which I order every time I visit Costa with no issues). First of all I was told that she did not have salted caramel syrup which was a lie, I could see the bottle behind her. She then said this is only for cold refreshments we do not offer salted caramel lattes. When I confronted her on this point she says it’s against Costa policy to serve hot salted caramel lattes? Again a complete fabrication. When I pleaded with her to make it, she put hardly any syrup in the cup, burnt the coffee and pretty much launched the coffee across the counter, I’ve never seen such rudeness and disrespect towards a customer in ten years shopping on Costa stores. It was so foul I had to throw it away. I received a weak apology from the store and as a result refuse to shop there again
