I ordered KC Chiefs limited edition Nike Pegasus shoes at 10 am EST, received confirmation. At 6pm they notified me via email they did not have the product!! So, I missed out cuz could have bought on nfl site. Sent my sister a pair. I got screwed. Very dishonest business.

Terrible price matching policy - beware I had ordered a Sole E55 treadmill unit from in store yesterday 10/01, and was price matched with the manufacturer at 1499.99. The order came out to a little over 1600 with taxes. I received an email this morning that my order was cancelled due to 'out of stock'. Their website says they still have 7 Available and Ready to Ship, so I called the customer service number. After 45 mins of working with one lady, I was transferred to an escalation personnel who explained to me that they can price match the manufacturer's website at 1499.99, but as it has to be shipped it would cost me an additional 140. The Sole manufacturer's website specifically details FREE SHIPPING, and when I explained that to the lady she said there was nothing she can do and if i wanted to order through Dick's, I would have to pay the 140 for shipping. I'm going to go ahead and call it as it is - a "Dick move". So my business went to the manufacturer instead. Sorry to say, you won't be getting my business again.

I ordered a pair of Crocs on Wednesday September 23rd I called in and spoke with a representative who told me that they were in stock. Shipping label was created the next day but the shipment sat there I called FedEx because it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday no later than Monday that following. FedEx said they never received the shipment so I called Dick's sporting Good on that Sunday September 27th and the representative customer told me that the shoes were out of stock and they were out of stock when I placed the order even though I placed it with a customer representative so she started a credit for me on my account my debit card that I used. I called again and spoke with another representative they didn't know anything. I called the next day and spoke with Ed who is a supervisor at Dick's sporting Good and asked if the order could just be canceled because I had just received an email from Dick's sporting Good Alicia saying that my credit of $49.08 which I paid for the Crocs had been issued on 9/28/20 that day. So the next day which is September 28th they charge my account again. So I had to call my bank and dispute the charge.still waiting for the credit and have never received the shoes. And Ed, the supervisor doesn't know anything that happened yet.

I bought a brand new set of ping irons... very excited. They arrived today in a Taylor made box, used with scratches etc. spent 1300 on clubs. Horrible experience which I will share with everybody... you should be ashamed!!! Everybody be aware

They don't care about anybody.. that's why they're going out of business. Poor customer service. In today's technology you would think they would know what they had in stock and what they don't. Total waste of my time. Now it's going to take 3 weeks to get my credit card credited so I can go purchase somewhere else. What a POS company. So happy they're going out of business. That's what they deserve.

Terrible store DO NOT BUY ONLINE I bought a pair of adidas shoes and and a tshirt , my package never was delivered I called the store and they said they are going to replace the order however even my credit card was already charged with both items only part of my order was replace ( the tshirt) they “supposedly forgot about my shoes” unbelievable.. On Saturday I had to called again and they said they were going to send the shoes one day delivery and I will receive them by Monday However when I tracked the package it is going to be delivery on Tuesday.. this is the last time I’m buying from this people .. terrible customer service

Just ordered 2, $70.00 life vests ($140+tax) in a size large. I received them about 7-10 days later and they’re both an EXTRA SMALL... How does that even happen? I contacted them and they said they would email me a shipping label so I could send them back... that was 5 days ago and still no mailing label. So disappointed... This was definitely my LAST purchase from Dicks

Terrible attitude from sales help. Went in with cash to buy a treadmill. Poorly trained employees, 22 minutes on hold. Just awful. I’ll buy my products on line directly from the wholesaler.

I bought a new fishing boat in Nashville Tennessee and needed life preservers and coast guard approved throw. Dick’s Sporting Goods in Nashville area had no supplies. Ordered online for 1-2 day delivery. Nothing showed up and now day three it might or might not come. Asked Robert online supervisor to return my money approximately $93.00 so I may purchase someplace else and nothing. He said the product is in transit and should show up in the next few days. I can then either ship back or take to store for a refund. Really the product did not ship same day or even the next morning but in the afternoon. Who dropped the ball here??? Don’t tell me it’s fed ex. When you clearly could and should of shipped sooner. Very disappointed and keep your sporting goods store stocked or go out of business. Bad customer service!!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I am aware of several stores throughout the country where employees, employees‘ family members, and managers have tested positive for coronavirus, you have been permitted to continue to come to work. Despite this, no testing was provided for employees, further exposing all of the employees and all of the customers. Clearly, the health and well-being of employees and customers is not a concern. Just their bottom line.

DO NOT BUY FROM DICK'S online. They are unreliable, will screw up your order, and will not keep their promises to fix it. I ordered a rod for a paid-for fishing trip with a delivery date 3-4 days before. Wrong rod. I've been wrestling with know nothing/do nothing chat room and on the phone customer service people for two days now. The last conversation with a supervisor named Xavier went like this.. "so right now you are telling me that the rod that you promised would arrive today to replace the incorrect rod you sent me 3 days ago will actually not arrive today, that you will not tell me who the carrier is or when it will arrive or how to track the order, and your only suggestion is that I drive 3 hours round trip to another store that is supposed to have the item (no guarantee they won't sell it), and for my trouble, you will give me a 20% discount, which amounts to $16 dollars, and that would only be applied to my purchase 3-4 business days after I spend the whole F-ing day driving to fix your screw-up, and even though I have already paid for the damned rod. You are also telling me that the "One day shipping" you guaranteed actually means one day after it is processed for shipping, and that that could be another two days, from some carrier somewhere that you will not discuss, and the promised delivery date for the second rod that came after you screwed up the order on the first rod is actually just an estimated delivery date, is that correct? Xavier says "I am truly sorry for your inconvenience", but offers absolutely nothing else. This is company that pretends to care about it customers, but absolutely does not. You are not their priority, believe me. Please help me help them find the error in their business model by never buying anything fro them again.

I placed an online order. The order went to a store about 3 hours away. When I finally got them they were used. Grass, dirt, and most of all wear. The logo was even worn off one insole. The shoes had already taken the shape of whomever's clods had graced the inside. Not only was I shocked to see that a STORE had given someone a refund or replacement for these obviously worn shoes, but the level of incompetence at the store level to ship them to a new customer is beyond anything retraining could fix. I contacted support chat and since these were Guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day (Today) the agent assured me they would be overnighted to me and for me to send these back. Checking FedEX today they do not appear to be overnighted as the estimated delivery date is 6/30/20. NINE days from today. What had happened to this company? Do they even care? I am well aware this review was to be for the cleats, however I care as much as Dick's does, so since I can't review something I don't have, I'll just post my experience.

Do not order online. If you make a mistake or do not like what you receive. A customer service representative told me you less than 5 minutes to cancel. If you miss that window you will lose your shipping cost. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Hung up on me. 2nd one lied. Their true their name

We went to your Dulles, VA store and it was a horrible experience. We waited outside for almost one hour due to social distancing. However when we finally got into the store there were less than 10 other shoppers ... we actually only saw two others so I am giving you the benefit of the doubt. The store is huge and there is absolutely no reason to make customers wait this long and have so few allowed into the store. If we had known this we would have never wasted our time. There were more staff than customers and that’s ridiculous! If you are that afraid of other humans then you should close the store. This was such a bad experience that I am seriously considering never, ever shopping at Dick’s again...it was that bad!

The WORST!! First time I buy from Dick’s sporting goods and it will be the LAST. I bought my son a trampoline and I only received the frame. It’s missing EVERYTHING. I’ve been calling them since yesterday and today I was finally able to speak with a representative who didn’t know anything and said she was going to forward the information to management. Now I have to wait until next week for them to call me back with an answer. Avoid buying from them.

Ordered through paypal, got a confirmation and notification that my payment went through. Waiting for my order for 1 week already, and nothing. I call them, they tell me that they can’t find my order! I told them to place a new order and they tell me that the item is now out of stock with just a simple “sorry”. But the worst in this is that the lady on the phone acts like it is normal and tell me that this happens a lot when you place an order via paypal! So basically, a huge company like DICKS doesn’t have a DECENT PAYMENT METHOD! The incredible part in this is that paypal confirmed me that they still have my money! After speaking to this unprofessional lady, I asked to speak to a manager. Same thing! She says she is sorry but she will find the product, after 5 minutes she tells us that the item is sold out countywide. Wow, this is incredible. They still have my money, no product, and if I didn’t call, they would probably never say anything and kept the money. I call this company a bunch of thieves! AVOID ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.

On line orders can not be canceled after 30 minutes Make an after hours other with “Dics Sporting Goods” online. Realized after making the order it was not the product I needed. I then attempted to cancel the order. I received a pending cancellation number. I called first thing the next morning only to be told the order could not be canceled. The order was made after hours, called in within the hour to canceled, even though the order had not been processed. This is poor business practice. I was hung up on by a person, Corinthia, not sure of spelling, she refused to spell it and refused to allow me to speak to someone else. Very rude, I’m in the medical field, if I treated people like this I would not have a job.

Horrible customer service. I ordered sunglasses from a location in California, 2 hours from my house on the 8th. It shipped from that location, was sent across the country to Geogia, then to me in Las Vegas. Almost 2 week delivery for a 2 hour drive. I contacted customer service and they were like, oh well. I will never buy from Dicks again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! I am an avid online shopper and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with dealing with what most companies would consider and easy fix. Mind you I was more than patient considering everything that is going on with covid, I placed my order mid March for a squat rack that was supposed to be delivered within a week or so, I receive the order and it came wrong they sent two of the same boxes instead of box one and box two they sent two box ones so I had duplicate parts but missing box two. Anyway not to frustrated I called and asked them to send it out and they said within 48 hours they will call and send a replacement I was completely content and happy. They never called this was April 1st at that point it is now the 13th no call back and I called in and a manager names Boris E handled it so poorly I am baffled, he told me that I would not be able to get a refund until they picked it up (I had to coordinate a pick up time with the carrier) and on top of that I’d have to pay for a new order right away to receive a new item, so I’d be in the hole for 1 thousand+ dollars (536 dollars after shipping per item) without even receiving what I paid for in the first place. All I wanted was a replacement no discount nothing just what I initially paid for. And the worst part, I’ve been on hold 3 different times for multiple hours and still not resolve. All I want is what I paid for.
