“Very professional personnel. I recently placed a double order and they notified me to ask if this was in error & it was. They stayed on top of it and gave me credit very soon thereafter. I appreciate what they did.”

“I purchased Blu disposables. I have to date found 4 empty cartridges in my order of 16. I emailed help desk and have yet to receive response.”

“Ordered a product, didn’t get delivered, when returned they took a huge chuck of money for “restocking fee”. So I basically just gave them free money. Not a good business model. Wont be using again.”

As noted on our website, an adult must be present to sign for the delivery due to these products being age-restricted. Unfortunately, as you were unavailable to sign this is out of our control, and your order was therefore returned to us. In such cases, we offer two options: a full e-wallet credit or a refund, minus a $20 restocking fee, which is credited to your e-wallet.
