Shipped and arrived well but there are always 1 or 2 out of the 10 pack that i buy that come sout bad. Ive reached out several times and no reply.

I placed an order on March 17th, with a guarantee of a full refund if it wasn’t Delivered within 40 days. I’ve sent many emails, and nothing has been done. I ordered over $300 worth of product. I won’t Use them again. I’m now in touch with the better business bureau

Web site was easy to navigate, products reasonably priced, order arrived timely. BLU menthol disposable e-cigarettes are very easy to use and provide what I want. Thank you!

I keep getting bad product. (see below) I tried reaching out to Electronic Tobaccoist in the summer of 23 and nothing worked including their complaint email. The service from Electronic Tobaccoist has been great otherwise, but I cannot keep wasting my money. Other vendors will refund when you purchase bad product.

Not home to sign for a delivery for PODS! Returned back to the store and want to charge me a restock fee of $20!!! How does this place expect me to not go to work to sign for pods.. NOT tobacco but PODS! Trying to get it reshipped but will never buy here again.

As noted on our website, an adult must be present to sign for the delivery due to these products being age-restricted. Unfortunately, as you were unavailable to sign this is out of our control, and your order was therefore returned to us. In such cases, we offer two options: a full e-wallet credit or a refund, minus a $20 restocking fee, which is credited to your e-wallet. This order worked out, but my previous order I placed on March 17,I paid for but never received...I put in a request for a refund, but never heard anything back...I would still like a refund or even better to get my order...either one would be fine...I'm just glad this order made it like the others have,but I'm still missing the 20 packs I paid for last time and I'm out $130 and haven't gotten a refund like I requested

Electric Tobacconist is the only source for Phix vapes - which puff for puff, are the best on the market. I also order vape juices and devices. The ET staff have been responsive and courteous.
