“Power unit came and it works fine but the charger didn't work I had to use my old one I would like a new charger if you could make that happen. Thanks”

“The delivery time has improved since I have been a customer for the last few years. However, I always order 15 disposable E-Cigs every onth and on average 1-2 of the devices do not work every order. I have asked multiple times how can I exchange these malfunctioning devices for E-Cig that works and my question always goes unanswered.”

“I have been dealing with Electric Tobacconist for years now. Although they do not have stock on my favorite vape juice they went totally out of their way to help me with another product. Also I was send some disposables that did not work and they went above and beyond to complete my order. I highly recommend this company!!!”

“The shipping this time was extremely faster than in thr past. I do feel.shipping prices are a tad but higher than normal but being I am a quadriplegic the convience of getting my tvapes shipped is worth the extra coast.”
