I love the convenience of ordering online especially when the Blu pods are on sale. I only worry about being home when they are delivered due to the fact someone needs to be home to SIGN for the pkg.

My package is MIA after 20 days, I'm trying to make an inquiry, but the form they provide doesn't let you submit it. This will be the last time I ever use this company. If I could give negative stars from this experience, I would, which is a real shame because I had used them successfully in the past.

Excellent customer service~ immediate response & resolution with acct. credit when delivery problem arose. Overall, orders generally take at least 10 days to receive, but I just plan for that in advance.

Your system says you ship to Virginia, but when I enter my zip code of 22980 which is in Virginia, it says cannot deliver. Please let me know what is up. I did not low ball you with the stars because I'm only looking for an answer. Thanks

I have ordered the My Blu Menthol pods except for the times I ordered the cherry flavored ones. I’m hoping they come back with it so I can order them again! I’m still very pleased with the Menthol though! I’ve been ordering from this company for a while, however, I wish the shipping was a little faster!

I was completely satisfied with ET until they STOPPED delivering to my area! WTF! I’ve been a customer for YEARS! And now they can’t deliver to the NorthEast?! I’m an hour outta NYC so it seems implausible that they can’t find delivery service in highly populated region

Usually, I would give it 5 STARS, but it has been 17 days now and I still have not received my order. I tried tracking but without success. I do have my receipt and used the correct numbers. I am really upset with your company for the first time. And I have no way of reaching anyone. I am running out of my Blu's.

i ordered several e-cigarette refills and it was turned away by the post office. so i am not a happy camper. i don't think i will try again to order cause it always causes problems.
