Hi, I am very sorry that you experienced difficulties obtaining your purchase and I would be more than happy to provide clarity on this situation. In agreement with the PACT Act legislation, we are no longer able to ship with USPS, and all other major shipping companies made similar internal policy. Thus, we are using independent carriers to make compliant deliveries. There have been a few hitches in creating a smooth transition; however, we can confirm that we are not only working with our current providers to improve their quality of service, but are also looking to expand by onboarding more reputable alternatives where possible.
