“The items were correct and all work good. There was a little delayed in shipping they refunded my shipping and I still receive the items only one day late. Good customer service and prices would recommend to a friend!!”

“Nothing beats the quality, authenticity and price of products purchased through Electric Tobacconist. My only qualm is shipping time. While I understand the pandemic is slowing everything down, I paid for expedited shipping and yet my order was not given any sort of priority in getting out the door- nor did I receive any sort of compensation for the delay (despite having paid more to get my product sooner).”

“Website ease of use is great. Generally, the shipping is quite fast but this time I paid extra for expedited shipping and it arrived quite late. However, that is par for the course during the times. Selection is always great and pricing is retail or lower on all products. I like to utilize customer reviews to gauge what product is best.”

“The Electric Tobacconist is a very convenient source for buying vape stuff, a lot of times my local smoke/vape shops will be out of whatever it is I'm looking for, but if I just plan ahead I can get access to a wider selection with better prices delivered to my door within 3-4 days from Denver to Virginia with free shipping!”

“The only problem is that every single item I am interested in ordering is out of stock. I'm guessing that is due to the recent laws on flavored vape juices & various devices so it's not exactly their fault. Other than that, I have no complaints.”

“My experience was overall good. The products I was looking for were, for the most part, in stock. The delivery was quick and I received my items undamaged. I have made two purchases now from Electric Tobacconist. I wish we would get some sort of discount according to how much we purchase.”

“Good prices and they ship fast. The only trouble I have is that packages require signature by default, you should set the default to no signature and make signature optional. For people who work regular weekday hours like myself it's extremely inconvenient as it ends up returned to the post office and I have to go pick up on Saturdays. Basically negating the good job you do with shipping fast.”

“I will definitely be purchasing more products. They were very responsive and answered all my questions to the best of their abilities. The prices are fair. Between order and shipment was timely. The ONLY reason for giving 4 out of 5 stars is b/c one of the e-liquids I purchased wasn't properly packaged and it kinda got everywhere. But the bulk of the product still remained. No real complaint, just something to get better at.”
