“Paid for priority shipping, was given an estimated date and my item arrived 3-4 days after the estimated date. I could have just paid for regular shipping. I understand that it's busier than ever with stores being closed but you shouldn't guarantee a date if you're that backed up. Otherwise item as described.”

“I like that I can find what I need here but, was a annoyed when I was trying to check out and a pop-up informed me I could only buy a limit of 5 starter kits per month. I would have bee happy to buy a bunch of the fin replacement batteries instead. It would have saved me a bunch of money but, the quality has gone down so much that they for the most part unusable. I got 3 fin and 2 blu starter kit. Trying to find other reliable cig a like batteries. What a waste of money. They are awful. The shipping is fast a great customer service.”

“My first purchase was easy through the website, but with the covid19 epidemic the delivery took some time to arrive, they did post a bulletin on their website to explain the situation which was greatly explained and understandable. “The items were correct and all work good. There was a little delayed in shipping they refunded my shipping and I still receive the items only one day late. Good customer service and prices would recommend to a friend!!”

“Nothing beats the quality, authenticity and price of products purchased through Electric Tobacconist. My only qualm is shipping time. While I understand the pandemic is slowing everything down, I paid for expedited shipping and yet my order was not given any sort of priority in getting out the door- nor did I receive any sort of compensation for the delay (despite having paid more to get my product sooner).”
