“I am a first time customer. Despite the fact that we are in the midst of a pandemic ETUSA did a great job of processing my order ASAP which was received in a timely manner. No problems with the web site, navigating and finding what I required. After my order was placed I received emails updating the status of my order, nice touch. “This shop is good, it’s always got the items I need. My coils are hard to find and I’m glad that they are usually available on this site. I’m having shipping issues at the moment, it’s been over 15 days since I ordered and still no item. Hope it’s just because of the issues the world is facing right now, and not that it’s lost.”

“I like the service these guys provide. They almost always have in stock what I need. But when they don't they have an option to notify you when the certain product does become available. I took advantage of this and it all worked out. Got what I needed in time.”

“The rating would have been "very good", if not for the problems caused by Covid-19 . Previous to this, the service was excellent. Not only was the delivery fast ( 3-5 days ) But the ease of ordering was great! Also, the time to order was very minimal, about two minutes. Many of the vape companies have stopped offering the "Cues", I was happily surprised to find you. This gave me the opportunity to continue smoking my favorite vape and favor. I'm looking forward to service getting back to normal, I hope I will be able to order soon. Thank you for your service, Terri Buckley”

“Despite the COVID-19 craziness, I was able to get my order within a week. I normally get my vape gear and juice from a local shop, but they’re all closed. Choosing Electric Tobacconist was a good decision.”

“The website is easy to use, ordering was a breeze but the only downside is shipping. I'm not sure if this is due to the corona virus or not but it took over a week to get the products. I paid s little extra for shipping on both orders and it was the same result. I received email notification within 2 days that the items had been processed and shipped, even given a tracking number. They then sat for 4 or 5 days in Boulder, CO. They were being shipped to Portland, OR. That shouldn't take 7 business days. I'm just stating what happened twice for your information. If they were given to a postal service and were held for a while, that's not really on your company.”

“Due to my order having been placed during the covid19 quarentine i cant review the delivery times! Amazing selection on the site easy to navigate and get an order placed. Ill be reordering from this company when covid19 cools down so i can give a good review! Would reccommend friends for a purchase due to the vast selection on site!”
