“Electric Tobacconist always ships and arrives before the expected dates and times which has been awesome since I tend to wait until the last minute to place an order for more vape supplies. They’re my go-to for the lowest prices, quickest service and best variety of products.”

“I want to give five stars, but I don't know who messed up (ET or USPS) and sent my order to the other side of the country, making me have to wait a week for what should have taken two days. LOL. Not a big deal, accidents happen, but that was my first and only order so far so I guess we will see if it happens again!!”

“Fast reliable shipping as always and a great selection of salts liquid. The only thing I have a y complaint about is this month I was double charged. But as soon as I brought it to their attention it was fixed extremely fast. This is the only company I order from and I don't see that changing.”

“Ever since I moved from the U.K. to the US I have had a hard time finding a trustworthy company as I’m not familiar with the ones near me. This site was recommended to me by Totally Wicked UK and have been using it since. Delivery has always been on time! Only thing stopping me from giving the last star is that they do not have a lot of the Totally Wicked brand only Red Label but I prefer the Totally Wicked Symphony label. Overall I’m happy with the ease of finding products on their website.”

“I have made and received 2 orders. Very pleased with the speed of delivery after order was completed. They seem to have a wide range of vaping products that I will explore as needed. My only complaint is the limits that are set on the pods that I use. I am retired and travel quite often and wanted to stock up so that I don't have to look for the pods that I use while on the road.”

“Fast delivery, good prices, good selection are what Electric Tobacconist delivers. The only problem I have had is in getting a refund for a double charge online. 10 days later- still no refund. This is beginning to sour me a bit as a frequent, long time customer. If you don't need a refund, they are a 5 star company.”

“I received my order on the 29th of February. Everything was there but my vape pen will not charge. The light comes on and stayed on for a few seconds but when I put in the nearly full pod I had been using nothing happens. Can I get it replaced? And what is the address that I send it back to?Evervthing I’ve ordered before has been perfect.”

“I found that the customer service is good even though it's all handled via email. I thought I had a mistake on my latest order but it was my own misunderstanding of my invoice, and they promptly provided the info I needed. All orders I have placed so far have arrived in a very timely manner. If you're in doubt about shopping with these guys, don't be. There's nothing shady at all in how Electric Tobbaconist does their business. I love their business name too. It's kinda catchy. I've called my vape "my 'lectric cigarette" ever since I quit combustible cigarettes & started using them LOL.”
