“Great selection! Johnathan was great customer service. Shipping was awful! USPS is not reliable unfortunately. There was weather involved, which I understand but it still took a week (after paying for 2 day shipping!”

“i think that the range of products is good. however, shipping is a little slow. usps first class mail (according to usps) should take 1-3 days business days. i ordered on a sunday. i was informed that it got dispatched on the next day. so i should have received by friday of the same week. however, i did not get it until the following tuesday, which makes it 6 business days.”

“The shipping was very fast, except for the fact that my correct apt. # wasn't on the package. So it couldn't be delivered. I did however catch the mailman before it was shipped back to you all.. The communication was outstanding and quick as well, to be answered back. I purchased 9 boxes for my Von Erl, and I wasn't to keen on a few of them, but over all I loved the rest... The Prices are the best...........So glad I found you guys on the net.... Looking forward to doing business with you all in the next few weeks. Thank you..... Julie S.”

“Stock availability here is better than the other websites especially for Juul pods . Fast shipping . I would suggest one thing which is loyalty program after purchasing customers will earn points then it can be utilized . Keep it up”
