The shipment came very fast and the ordering was easy! However, Saying you save when you order in bulk is misleading. You dont save anything unless you order 8 boxed of pod refills, and even the you only save a $1.50 or something ridiculously close to that. That is NOT a savings in my book. But the site is convenient and did ship very quickly

so far i have been happy with my purchase on how speedy it was shipped out but, i havent recieved my package.i got a text telling me it was available for pickup at po this am but,after a 25 mile round trip to my mailbox.its just not there i believe it is at the falt of usps.com for false info.text.when i get my merchindice ill review it.thank you

They reply fairly fast when you ask for your orders but I wish shipping was faster ...other than that good site to buy what your body likes.

Love this product. Pods do leak and after three weeks mine stopped charging. I did use the warranty and received a new one right away. I think it's the leaking pods that shorted it out. My only complaint is the leaking pods, if they can find a fix this product would truly be perfect. The company is great. Love the free shipping and fast on time delivery.

Was pleased with price and ease of use for website. Shipment sat in two locations over 12 hours and was then misrouted, it took twice the delivery time. Not sure who's fault company or USPS.

I found your service to be great...The only problem I had was my not getting my order on time. I was completely out of my vape juice and was very disappointed when my shipment didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery date.....Judy Gribble

Received my order very quickly. Love the que vapor system so far. Cartridges are super easy when going back and forth between flavors. And the battery lasts a long time. Have told many friends to try it.

My Phix starter kit got here in two days which was great. But then I reordered new pods and they shipped them to from Colorado to puerto Rico then to me in N.Y. which they should have gotten here a day sooner.
