Im sorry to inform you that I will not be ordering from you again. My order was placed 5/11, it looks to have been shipped out 5/12 from Plantation Florida. I live in Florida. The package went to colorado, then Utah, then colorado, then kansas city, then Tampa/largo. Its been nearly a month while the product has traveled the US. Im glad that I dont need to order my oxygen from you people. The delivery service you use is HORRIBLE as is well documented on the BBB site. Its unfortunate but you are also gauged by those you employ to handle your logistics...poor choice to say the least. Hopefully I receive my product someday but in the mean time I will shop locally to assure I get what I pay for.

I like the array of products that are offered and the prices are reasonable. Shipping is on and off again. I always pay the extra fee because I hardly ever get my orders in a timely manner and it's not this website's fault. It is the postal service in my area. What I hate is my State's new excise tax. My order was like $70 and then my State added a $35.00 excise fee. WHAT! Looks like I will be stopping my vaping soon thanks to that.

May 2021 Extensive product line; great prices; customer service is responsive to your needs/concerns. Wonderful site for all your vaping needs! Be aware: shipping is both more expensive & slower than in the past due to the impact of the PACT ACT. This is not Electric Tobacconist’s fault.

I ordered from here spent $$$ on e cigs said they was shipped on May 6, 2021 and said give them 5-10 days well this is May 29, 2021 would like to know where my order is at thank you Marty Conley

I live in Texas and was wondering if yall can still ship here without using USPS,FED EX OR UPS ...I just don't know of any other carriers....Yall are my favorite company vape wise and I really need to refill my salt nice if you still do ship To Texas. Any feedback would be appreciated. THANKS.

Update to my previous 1 star review re: Anonymous-my $321 order placed April 5 and never rec’d. I was unable to file a “ticket” in the website and my email sent via Outlook was “undeliverable” due to a server incompatibility issue (too techy for me to understand) but customer service was quick to respond to my review and reached out via email. Once they initiated an email I was able to communicate with them. They offered a refund or re-ship of my order which I chose. I received my replacement order in full within a week. Clearly some serious shipping issues (based on reviews) but once made aware, customer service seems to be working quickly to resolve those issues. New regulations with the shipping of vape/tobacco products (which I was unaware of until reading customer service responses to reviews) went into effect in March. No doubt that presented some difficulties but ET seems to working to rectify those problems. I do think that adding a customer service line would be helpful; as many customers prefer to speak to someone to be assured their concerns are known and will be addressed. Kudos to the customer service staff for resolving my issue in a very timely manner.

WOW! Just wow. Ordered my refills on Thursday and it arrived today! Super super fast. Love that they come straight to my door and that I don't have to go from location to location to find my pods. Well Done Electric Tobacconist. You've earned a forever customer.

Ridiculous price charged for shipping, charged 3 separate excise taxes when this state has one. Paid 2.5 times what it should have cost. Not to mention NO coupon codes. Probably won’t purchase from this company again.

Hi, Sorry, but we have to follow the law and pay our taxes. If that means it doesn't work for you to shop with us then so be it. As for coupon codes - we keep our prices as low as possible and treat all customers the same, not just the bargain hunters or those who know how to play the game. Thanks Louis ET Team

Stupid late says delivery is tomorrow but it’s still in Colorado!! Lazy Customer Service! No responses! Can’t even get a refund! It’s been over a month!!!

We have offered to refund or reship your order three times in the past 9 days, but the tone of your responses suggests perhaps you are not actually receiving our responses? The problem I was having with the website has been resolved in a timely fashion. I, personally find the website a bit difficult to get help but when you do they work to get your problem taken care of.

Used to love this site. It seems like they have changed their chipping provider or something. It WILL take 2 weeks or longer for any order. I suggest either having an unrealistic foresight on when you need juice, or find a different provider (I will be shopping local going forward).
