These guys are great! I've been vaping for almost 9 years now and I've dealt with a bunch of different companies, but these guys are the best. My orders are processed quickly and I receive my order faster than with any other company and these guys are further away than any that I've dealt with.

Shipping has been pretty BAD…there is no reason that it should get worse… come on you guys, get it back to where it was or I’m jumping ship!

The industry has been forced, by the PACT Act, to no longer use USPS, and FedEx and UPS have made policy decisions to no longer ship vaping products. As a result, if you are in a ZIP code that is covered by the new carrier we are using them to ship to you. In the very near term, this will be the only available option across every online vape retailer. We would never reduce the quality of our service, this was forced by legal changes signed by President Trump. We suggest that you allow a little more time for delivery, plan for the required signature on delivery and buy in bulk to take advantage of our bulk discounts. Electric Tobacconist still processes your order into the shipping network on the same day if you order before 2pm MST (Monday to Friday) and we strive to offer the very best customer service. LOVE this company! Their customer service is INCREDIBLE! They have great products at excellent prices and always ship fast! They were my go-to during the Covid fiasco! Didn't have to leave my home to place orders for my vape juice. They suggested a new vape pen when my Resolve pen was no longer available for purchase in US....Glad I listened and tried the Boulder Aspen Slim pen. Works like a champ! Always highly recommend them to everyone! Now we have to sign and show ID to get our orders but it's not that big a deal... (and no fault of the company....new federal regulations). This company has saved me from starting smoking cigarettes again. Going on 5 years without a cigarette..Thank you!!! Karen in Florida

First order came with pieces missing. 2nd order was supposed to be priority express. Paid $25 for 2 day shipping, it has been 4 days no- has not arrived. Was told by customer service to expect 3-5 days and to contact again after 10, which is their normal shipping time quote. Absolute scam.

Everything went fine with my 1st order placed in May. Placed my 2nd order on 6/1/21 and it's been a nightmare. 9 different expected delivery dates, 9 wasted days of staying home to sign for it, 21 days since placing the order and it's still not here. Complete runaround when trying to find out where the package is and when I can expect delivery. :-(

Put the items in my cart and went to go check out. Made me go through the entire verification process, sending identification, waiting several hours to get approved. Only after all of this was I told that the products couldn’t be sold on my state. Complete waste of time.

Hi, Sorry about your experience. With 50 States and different rules for each, it's hard for us to warn up front that there may be an issue selling a certain product to you in your State. We do our best, but in the case of your State, New Jersey and its flavor ban, we also need to rely on an element of common knowledge, else we risk ruining the experience for everyone with warning messages plastered over the site. like most customers on this site, I have save so much money in not buying ciggs. I get my shipment with-in 7-10 days. which is pretty fast. I no there is a risk with smoking or vaping but, still I do this. this site is very good & I do tell others to try it. thank you.
