“This site has an excellent selection, and is very reliable and responsive. I had a problem with my local post office and didn't know what to expect when I contacted the Electric Tobacconist website for help- their support team was fast and extremely helpful and very accommodating. I am SO impressed with them, I would highly recommend purchasing through these guys for anything you need!!!!”

“BEST COMPANY EVER and I'm not talking just Tabacco ones! Impeccable customer service, timely shipping, easy refund policies, fair prices and their wide variety of products are also in stock. Customer service always gets right back with me and "no" is NOT in their vocabulary. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I just dread the day that they are unable to deliver to my zipcode, due to the new laws! 💕🚬”

“Never ever received my order. This is BS! It went from city to city and back again. Then was returned to sender. No customer service number. I lost over 100 bucks, I will be disputing this with my bank!”

“We like the product and the quick delivery. I only gave 4 stars because our last order of 50 had at least 10 duds! There was very little filling in them so only 4-5 puffs and empty! Apparently quality control is not up to grade. We basically had $80 in disposables that were defective.”

“I’ve been customers for at least 2 years now and this company have been the best I’ve experienced for vape products. There is an overwhelming number of online vape stores and I’ve tried at least 10 others but the Electronic Tobacconist is definitely the best. Their support team is always helpful and responsive and any mistakes, which are very rare, are corrected with ease. I appreciate their fast shipping and reliability. Thank you ET for helping me stay off cigarettes.”

“Love love love! Anytime I've had an issue...I ordered wrong item on accident...order not delivered,etc...they have gone above and beyond (waiving faster redelivery fee, redelivering before they even received original package back) to get me my product. And they always respond to me same day.”

“In today's overwhelming online world fir vape products..Electronic Tobacconist stands above all fir the following reasons. After my first purchase and regularly since then I receive "thank you emails and coupn codes". That's huge to me. I live in the entertainment capital of the world..Las Vegas where one would think has the best ! service in the world...it does not. And in this day and age to receive that simple email ...and fast delivery ...I'm a Customer for life. The one thing I keep forgetting yo address is..I bought the disposable vaporlax's 6 for $75 my first order and the 3rd one I opened something was wrong. That's not this company's issue though. From the excellent customer service I have already received..I'm sure that won't be a issue. Also..the selection is really good. And before finding this website I was having issues having disposables or vape juice even delivered in las vegas. So 6 for $75.. hell yeah...#customer4life”
