“Shipping usually takes about two weeks which is not ideal but I can live with it. I placed an order on 6/4/24 and as of yesterday, I had not received it. I contacted ET to let them know and they were spot on. Emails were very timely and I received my package today. :)”

“Received one order but on reorder I am not verified to order again. After numerous emails with tech support and resetting account no fix was possible. Tech support says sorry they can not identify or fix the problem, thus no way to order any product through this company. No one seems to be able to verify me. I am more than willing to send images of ID or passport. What is being verified? Age, address, or something else! No one seems to know.”
