“I have been ordering from ET for almost a year now. The website is relatively easy to use, Descriptions of product accurate, order processing and shipping is fast. I had two minor issues with orders. The customer service took care of the issues promply. I wish more companies were as helpful as Electric Tobacconist. As much as I'd like to win the $100 prize... I may not know if I won because I don't have a facebook page.”

“In the comments line, I asked a question and I was promptly and pleasantly responded to, although I wished the response was different lol. Also, the Phix pods I received were there before the date that was told to me, so that worked out better than expected.”

“Everything that was advertised and received lived up to ads expectations. Had to wait on the carry case and accessories. Wish they could sell the flavored tobacco in state I live in. Device keeps a good charge for hours of use.”

“The selection and interface were perfectly fine, however my Vuze Vibe cartridges were somehow cheaper at my local tobacco shop or 7-11. Shipping seemed a little slow, but I got what I paid for in that case.”

“Great company for buying vapor products online. Shipping was a bit slow though (package was delayed) but I think that was USPS’s fault. Website is easy to navigate and buying is fast and secure. Overall I’d give them a solid 4/5”
