“Got what I wanted at a good price, they shipped it quick but usps delayed the shipment about 4-5 days”

“Service is awesome, shipping is very fast. Website easy to use. My complaint would be some of the pods are leaking when they arrive, however my thoughts are that it is Electric Tobacconist fault, but the makers.”

“Shipping is a tad slow, but you can tell it’s the post office not them because they get your order out to the post office the same day you order it. A good selection of product, fast post office drop off, and they’ve made it very easy to purchase something you’ve already purchased.”

“I just placed my second order both orders I selected Priority shipping. The first order USPS made a huge mistake that caused an over 2 day delay. So fingers crossed it will be here in three days as should be. Process of ordering is very easy and quick. I order the Pods, they were packed very well. At this point I'm very pleased.”

“product came fast but the markten cartridges do not fit v2 batteries and you didnt have v2 refills so I'm out $7.99”

“This was my first order with Electric Tobacconist. I found the web site easy to navigate, prices (on starter kit/pod devices) to be very good, and shipping costs to be reasonable. The only area in which I believe they could improve is with regard to what they refer to as "dispatch". I'm thrilled that they can process an order and package it so quickly, but that doesn't make a bit of difference if it takes additional *days* to get it posted/in the mail. I believe they should eliminate the "dispatched" notification, and replace it with a "shipped" notification that includes the tracking number. Yes, there will always be a delay before the carrier service shows a tracking update, but it just makes more sense. Send the "shipped" email, and get the orders to the carrier for physical acceptance as soon as possible. Spoiler Alert: I ordered a subsequent time, and the dispatch to shipped time was much improved. Still, I think this one process change would improve service.”

“Your website are great. Fast delivery and all. But one thing I’m kinda confused it that I order a few Bo Caps but on your site it said 3.5 but once it delivered it is 4.0. Everything beside that this site is great.”

“Always have my refill in stock. Every button/page I have used on the website has worked well. Convenient options to repeat last order. All orders have arrived very timely...except my last order placed 11 days ago...still waiting for it to arrive, but service dept. responded to my ticket quickly yesterday, waiting to see what they may do.”

“The item I ordered never got to the person I sent it to. I reached out to the customer service and they were very flexible. Responded within the same day and gave me all the information I needed to get my order to my friend! Would order again in the future.”
