Since everything is shut down right now, I was having a hard time finding coils. I was happy to find them at ET, but I was SHOCKED at the price! I will be ordering my coils from ET from now on for sure!

The only reason i use this company is bc they take pay pal, have placed many orders and not 1 promo or discount, there shipping is slow at best of times now it's ridiculous, other companies i use are still spot on but not this place, i placed an order 4 days ago and they have not shipped, on same day orderd blankz and got that yesterday, i have found only 1 brand of nic salt i like and 1 brand of juice, they sold me a defective smok infinix and would not return my e mail, use this company if your desperate, if you want fast service, a promo or a refund steer clear, and i am now an 8th deegree Google guide so yea this review is very real they will probably not publish it but fear not i allready did.

Hasnt been resolved! I went one block away and price was correct! I went 1 mile away and they said..we ask for 12 we get 2 and a bunch of other kinds we dont ask for...and now you are selling your kits for 24 .99! Lol everyone I got to use this product has been warned we are being forced to buy a stronger nicotine level and that you do not do your price checking! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! DONE!

Hi! While there is no info on this review to identify what product you're talking about, we work every day to ensure that we have the lowest prices both online and in stores. We're also far less in shipping than anyone else! As for the product, we normally have all the strengths that a manufacturer sells, so, unfortunately, if your chosen product doesn't sell a lower nicotine amount, we would be unable to get it. So I ordered a day before they put up the banner and everything on their website. I was't even informed about the sudden shipping delays until I would check on my account to see that my order hadn't even moved from Boulder,CO for the past 5-7 days but on my account it would say that my order was dispatched and my items were currently on "acceptance pending", I had even received a tracking number the same day I had ordered. I contacted Electric Tobacconist about my order wondering where it had been and if I'd still be receiving my order during the time slot they had given me when I had ordered (March 31st) which was April 3-6. Just to find out that my ordered STILL hadn't even left the warehouse facilities in the past 5-7 days after I had ordered. My usps tracking number worked which is really weird and sus if my order still hadn't been "shipped out" they told me that it was an "error" in their system or something along those lines. They even said they shipped out daily so I don't understand how an order from a WEEK ago still hasn't been shipped out. It's already been a week and my patience in running thin. I even paid extra for priority but after contacting them about my situation they refunded my shipping price and said that I'd still be receiving my item via priority, which is the only reason I hadn't given them a one star. I don't know if I'll be ordering again anytime soon with them after this terrible experience.

I could not get thru today so i waited till 1 am..and it still took some time to get in..i finally got in and u are out of my totally wicked grape..but i still think u guys are great..i did recieve my order from march 13th and it came within 3 days..wish i had placed a bigger order..thanks for always doing me good..cant wait for my email from u guys to say u have more in stock..be safe..

I ordered on April 1 and paid priority mail and still haven't received my order and today is April 6. All my emails to your company isn't helpful at all. The last I checked my tracking # my order was on Boulder Co and that was on April 3. Very dissatisfied on my 1st time ordering from this site.

Amazing service and great prices make this a go to place to buy juice and pods for myself! Super fast shipping for free or very cheap is a great plus as well... and sometimes store credit has been given to me too when necessary. I love Electronic Tobacconist and thank you guys for the chance to win a gift card! I could really use it and I would be so happy if I won! You guys are the best!

adding on, I paid for the deliver thats supposed to be 2-3 days. now on your website, it says the delivery I paid for could take up to 7-10 days! I specifically paid for short delivery and I'm not getting it?

I ordered something last wednesday, I paid for priority shipping, and it still says my package is pending acceptance in boulder co. I understand that due to the covid pandemic there are some delays, but you say on your website that starting yesterday(sunday) at 5pm, you started working on orders placed on wednesday, which was when I placed mine, and I have not gotten an email informing me of my package shipping. where is my package?

I have ordered several times in the past year. They were always on time with no shipping problems. I recently placed 2 different orders it has been a week and has yet to move through USPS. I fail to see how they can generate tracking numbers but fail to ship items. Something seems to be shady.

Take your clothes off I've been very happy with your site products are great the only issue I have here is that I put my email in when things are out of stock and it seems when they're back in stock I haven't been informed because every time I go back onto the site they're out of stock again that's the only issue I have other than that I have to say the best vender
