With the stay at home order in effect in my state, I searched online for my vape supplies and I have ordered twice from electric tobacconist, the prices were great, fast shipping with email updates of tracking numbers and once each item was delivered. I am very happy with this company and my service, I will continue to use them after the stay at home order is lifted!

I've ordered twice from Electric Tobacconist and the experience has been very smooth all around. Unlike some of the local tobacco shops, I've yet to get any bad pods that burn out halfway through. The prices are also much cheaper than anything I've been able to find locally. Shipping is quick and free for a relatively low minimum purchase. Well done. 👍

Save yourself the heart ache pay for priority shipping ordered on April 1 still pending in boulder co all vape shops in michigan closed and really hoping it comes today in respect to the company I get that they are behind with the pandemic but god damn vapor direct had my stuff to me in three days cmon guys

My order has been “pending acceptance” for a week!!!! There is no phone number and I’ve sent 3 emails. At this point I just want to cancel my order and go somewhere else. You’re not able to talk to a live person. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE

We normally ship same-day if you order before 4 MT, but we have seen delays due to the impact of the Covid-19 environment. We will be back to our normal shipping this Monday! I am thrilled with this company. Fast efficient service. They are keeping us informed of SLIGHT delays in shipping. That is all we ask....we know stores are closed and this company DOES NOT LIE to us! We can handle the truth about any delays and can plan ahead. Good job guys. TRUTH matters!

I placed my order a week ago and they were happy to go ahead and take my money from my bank account before shipping my products to me. Now the website is shutdown and I can't even look at my order history to look at where they are with my shipment? It obviously isn't on it's way since all I have received is an email apologizing for the delay since they are behind in processing their shipments. Most companies do not charge you until your shipment leaves their facility but apparently they want their money no matter how long it takes them to get your purchase to you. Then to shut the website down to where you can't even check the status of your order that you have already paid for but not received yet is just ridiculous!

You should also be able to see your order history on the website. We're very sorry for the delay. I’m seeing a dozen people complaining about how their package is pending in review when trying to track it ... and I’m having the same problem!!!! Very annoyed, ordered a week ago and there hasn’t been a single update. I want to cancel my order but I can’t even get into the site! Won’t be returning to this site again if we don’t get any answers. Seriously displeased - was really looking forward to my order to help me get through this lockdown. But that won’t be happening I suppose.

Ugh. I’m extremely disappointed that ET did not have the infrastructure in place to handle the volume that this global situation has placed on them. I was/am a creature of habit and placed orders with this company multiple times in past. At this point I just want my orders as it’s been a week for one of the orders. Wish I had known when making the order that this was even a possibility. I’d like to retain them as a supplier of my vaping needs but... I guess I’ll just continue to wait...

A friend of mine ordered on April 1st and when he looks up the tracking number it either says package acceptance pending or in transit. So either it’s not accepted yet or it’s been in transit for 7 days now to Weatherford Texas, just wanting to know if the item will arrive in Texas anytime soon? Not to mention he paid for priority + shipping.

I put a tentative 1 star...the prices and products in stock made a very attractive offer now seem doubtful and hesitant. I have as well used multiple sites for juice and mods recently and received in a very timely matter. My package shows label made but NO MOVEMENT for a week almost. I hope it comes and will re-review when and if it does. Juices sounded amazing PLEASE DONT LET ME DOWN. Looking to be a loyal digital customer somewhere.
