“I’ve used Electric Tobacconist for over nine months and their service has always been excellent until now….I placed an order last Friday, April 3 and now it’s Friday, April 10 with no order received. Tracking reveals the post office in Boulder has not received the package. What’s more, the order updates have stopped coming. I suspect I’ll never receive my order and be out the money. The good news is I placed an order with one of their competitors on Wednesday, April 5 and that order arrived today, two days later.”

“I started buying from Electric Tobacconist when my local suppliers raised their prices and taxes went ridiculously high. I came across their website and seeing how fair their prices were I gave them a shot. Havent stopped buying since. I have 3 other friends now that buy from them and couldn't be happier. Never a problem and I like the way they keep a record of your orders so you dont have to go crazy ordering again. I wouldn't even buy from another supplier if they were cheaper. If that's even possible.”

“I have always had great customer service and products from this company. I'm reading other reviews staying that despite the COVID-19, some customers have received their products at a fast pace. I've been a loyal customer but to my surprise when I track this order which was placed on April 3rd...as of April 6th it's STILL SITTING BOULDER CO...awaiting to be approved for shipment. This is such a disappointing experience.”

“I was so happy to find this company...the other company i was using was completely out of stock and did not offer any timeline for when they would be restocking their mdse. Also they have terrible customer service by phone or by email... the Electric Tobacconist has the best customer service I have ever had with most anyone I have dealt with... I was quite new with any vaping products except for the E Cigs.. they were so helpful and patient with me on what to order plus answering me in a very prompt manner...I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in vaping...this has been the only thing that has made it possible for me to quit smoking!”

“I ended up at Electric Tobacconist because I was trying to find a salt nic that was about 1/2 of the nicotine strength that I'd been using. I started off at 50mg, and then to 25mg after a number of months. I searched the web for 12 mg nic salts, and lo n behold, E.T. offered 12mg salt nic juices. While I had not heard of the many brands offered, the reviews/rating scales on each of the flavors was helpful in making a choice. The prices are excellent. About half of what I've been paying at a local brick n mortar. The website was intuitive, and easy to navigate, lacking the pop up ads, and redirect scripts that I've encountered on other sites. Not to mention a search bar that actually functions as such. It's quite refreshing to be able to refine my search, and not have to spend endless amounts of time just trying to locate a specific product. Upon checkout, the site continues to be intuitive, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Not to mention secured. Payment options were plentiful including PayPal, which is my personal choice. Shipping was reasonably priced, and even amid this COVID 19 pandemic, my order arrived correct, well packaged, and in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about Electric Tobacconist!! An all around pleasure to do business with.”
