“I made an order a week ago, I received a tracking link but it has been sitting in the same spot saying package acceptance pending on USPS. On the link they provided it’s saying shipped June 4 2020. I’ve sent two emails and have gotten no reply. I understand that they are busy, but I have not been contacted.”

“I order from ET 2-3 a month and I’m always impressed. Their site is easy to use and gives you a ton of options. Cheapest place I’ve found to buy my products. Delivery is fast as lightening and I’ve never had an issue. I can track my order all the way through. Great company!”

“I orders on the 5th and was waited for 6 days with no updates; it was just stuck saying 'Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending', so I emailed them and they said my package would ship out yesterday. Guess what? It's still sitting in their warehouse a day later, 0 updates given. I'm done.”

“My first review disappeared so I am re-posting. I’ve used Electric Tobacconist for over nine months and their service has always been excellent until now….I placed an order last Friday, April 3 and now it’s Saturday, April 11 with no order received. Tracking reveals the post office in Boulder has not received the package. What’s more, the order updates have stopped coming.”
