I never received an email with tracking information. You contacted me to let me know it's in transit. How about some tracking information? Don't refer me to my email where I can check where my shipment is at by the tracking information when I never received the information?

The items were correct and all work good. There was a little delayed in shipping they refunded my shipping and I still receive the items only one day late. Good customer service and prices would recommend to a friend!!

I was looking on other websites for what I needed, and wasn't able to find or it was very over priced. Came across this site found what i needed at a affordable price, with quick and easy checkout. Well definitely shop here in the future.

Nothing beats the quality, authenticity and price of products purchased through Electric Tobacconist. My only qualm is shipping time. While I understand the pandemic is slowing everything down, I paid for expedited shipping and yet my order was not given any sort of priority in getting out the door- nor did I receive any sort of compensation for the delay (despite having paid more to get my product sooner).

I ordered ecig juice from here online and I loved that I was able to get it when it said, even during this crazy time. It said the juice would be delivered between 4/7-4/10 and I got it on 4/7.

When my local Vape store went out of business I looked locally to find another. When I couldn't find one I was satisfied with I found Electric Tobacconist. They excel in all areas. I have not needed to make any returns. Shipping is great. From order to door is usually no more than 2 days. The last order I made during this pandemic only took 4 days. Their prices are great. The description of their juice flavors is spot on. The selection is superb.

I will never buy juice from anywhere other than electric tobacconist again! Best prices, a large variety to choose from, and the delivery is was fast! Can’t find better deals anywhere else. So glad I came across electric tobacconist!

I ordered from this site for the first time 7 days ago April 5, 2020 and paid extra for priority delivery thinking it would arrive in 2-4 days and guess what it hasnt even left their warehouse even though it says order dispatched on their site, USPS shows that it has not moved from Boulder CO and is stuck in " shipment received, awaiting accecptance purgatory" it should not take over 8 days to go from CO to California, even with COVID craziness. I also think it is crazy to still be paying for priority shipping when that was not delivered on their part. I'm feeling very frustrated and wonder if my order will even make it to me at this point. I ordered from another online site and am almost certain it will arrive before the order from this site.
