“I ordered over a week ago and it still says Package Acceptance Pending. It said it would arrive by today but it still has not been shipped from them. I’m starting to worry if my package will even come.”

While there's no information to track down your order here, you can give us the email address your account is under or your ETUSA number and we'd be happy to track it for you here: https://help.electrictobacconist.com/support/tickets/new In the meantime, if your order was placed a week ago, it has been sent and is with USPS. We normally ship same-day if you order before 4MT, but recently have been behind these expectations due to the environment the Covid-19 issue has caused. “Over a week and they have yet to ship anything out, yet they claim to send it out the same day or the next day. Not even sure if the pods I ordered will ever arrive. Would not recommend using this site!!!”

“Ordered from these guys cause I live in Colorado and they had good reviews from what I read. My package has been listed as “shipment received, package acceptance pending” for over a week now. I understand the possible delays because of Covid but I’ve ordered from 3 different sites since then and haven’t had this problem. I highly doubt I’ll be a returning customer with these guys.”

“Ordered 7 days ago and tracking says "shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending." It has now said this for 5 days! I live only thirty minutes from Boulder! I could of walked there to pick it up and been back home! Maybe even twice!! They couldn't pull it off. I won't be ordering from them again.”

“Website ease of use is great. Generally, the shipping is quite fast but this time I paid extra for expedited shipping and it arrived quite late. However, that is par for the course during the times.
