“Customer support is outstanding. Website is a dream to navigate through thanks to the filters provided. Shipping via USPS is a nightmare, thanks to the fact that the post office is apparently convinced that e cigarette vendors in Colorado are shipping weed, and reroute your packages to various inspection facilities before finally delivering them to the customer with no explanation. This is the third recent shipment that took 10 or more days to arrive because if the post office's paranoia.”

“I was so frustrated dealing with V2 directly. I would place an order, they would charge my credit card and then I would wait 2 months for the product I ordered. I found Electric Tobacconist on an internet search, placed an order and received in less than a week! I will continue to use Electric Tobacconist!”

“I was overall very satisfied when using this website, the website wasn’t difficult to navigate and find things that i needed. The only complaint i could say i have is when ordering something i never receive my tracking number for the product and it was a guess when it would arrive.”

“Hello I just returned home from the hospital this past week and I realized that I never received my order. It’s funny you contacted me because I was going to send you an email to inquire what had happened. My neighbor took in my mail while I was there and my order never arrived. I did notes the funds came out of my checking. I wasn’t sure what had happened to , Being I am homebound andI rely on mail-orderSo let me know what I can do Thank you”

“Electric tobacconist is a good site with a decent selection, i say decent as there juice selection is a little lacking, but this is made up for the fact THEY ACCEPT PAYPAL!!! The delevery times are good as is the ease of use for the site, I havent delt with CS yet so i cant speak on that As a new vape user who is sceptical about putting out my card info this was a good site to start with Also prices for items such as rigs and coils are cheaper than my local shop wich is great Only reason i rated 4 not 5 is due to there juice selection”
