“the shipping speed is a little much to wait for but when i get my phix pods it doesnt mattee bc theyre always in great condition”

“The website is great Easy to figure what you want to buy and products are a wide variety Shipping is good although it does take some time Most products are fairly priced making it better than a vape shop so that’s a plus Thank you for the opportunity for possibly winning 100$ in store credit My email is nickwolf224@gmail.com”

“Overall experience ordering with Electric Tobacconist was above average, all items arrived as advertised they did however arrive later than they were suppose to but that could be anyone’s fault not just the company, the website needs some work, when using a iPhone to place an order the shopping cart icon doesn’t work. Other than that was a pleasant experience, I will and plan to order from them again in the near future.”

“It was very easy to navigate the website, and find what I needed. The e-mail I received said I would get my purchase between the 11th and the 16th of July, and I was extremely happy that it got there earlier than expected.”

“Happy But at least one pod out of the 5 boxes I ordered leaked and one hole box was damaged pretty good don’t know if that effected the pod in that pack or not”

“I have shopped with many different vaping retailers online, and out of all the other companies, Electric Tobacconist USA has THE MOST personalized shopping experience. What do I mean by "the most personalized shopping experience" you ask? When I was verifying my age at checkout, my age could not be verified after submitting my order, and I was actually surprised that an ACTUAL PERSON reached out to me almost instantly telling me that my age couldn't be verified and that I needed to send a copy of a Government Issued Identification Card, I happily provided that information, and again INSTANTLY I received a response back from the same REAL PERSON, saying it was a success and my order was sent to be fulfilled. I purchased ground delivery, I don't want to fall in to getting instant gratification by spending more money and I wasn't in a rush to receive it. That being said, I didn't expect it to be delivered to me 2 days later! In the box was a nice business card size "Thank You" message, which was actually heartwarming, and made me feel valued. I always saw right through a company's message when it would say, "Happy customers are the most important and necessary aspect of a successful company, and we value our customers more than anything" or somethign along the lines of that. I am not kidding when I say that I felt a more personal and appreciated entire experience purchasing from the Electric Tobacconist USA, and actually won me over as a loyal customer, all because they provide just a little more care and human interaction with customers than other vaping retailers. Thank you Electric Tobacconist USA!!! :) I hope you receive as much appreciation as you give out! :D”
