“The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel ET's prices could be a little more competitive. However, that being said, their service is very good. Quick shipping, and a really good selection make them my go to for the things I need in a hurry.”

“It was my first purchase. The website was easy to navigate, and had everything I was looking for. I thought it was great any order over $20 included free shipping! Most places have a higher minimum order to get that. Easy check out and completion of my order. The only thing I can comment negatively about, doesn't really apply to this company. My order arrived one day later than the tracking said it would. Other than that, I will purchase again.”

“Shipping quick. Trackable. Electronic customer service is responsive (during business hours) and wants to help solve the problem. They follow the ticket to the end and want to make sure it is solved. My only comment is if there is no CS by phone, please mention that so time isn't spend looking for the phone contact and mention that it is only done via email.”

“I ordered 2 packages of ziip pods, 2 different flavors but all 8 pods were extremely leaky.. I contacted the company and with no questions asked they gave me a full refund in store credit. With that, I was able to get a pack of juul pods and only lost out on $4 which is fine. Store credit is better then nothing and they didn’t make it difficult at all for me. Hoping the juul pods don’t leak.”

“A lot cheaper then buying from the actual cue site, they always have excise tax on Every cartidge it’s ridiculous! And like no other store carried cue cartridges till I found this one, they’re great! I get free shipping too when I order. I get 12 cartridges for $75!! I’ve never been able to afford such cheap prices for cue before, I am so satisfied. Only thing is the shipping took a little longer than expected.”

“Hello Electric Tobacconist, I really like the website for the good prices and user friendly interface, as well as being able to use PayPal. My only concern is how long it takes to dispatch the shipments. I ordered two days ago and it still has not been processed. My friend has done similar orders, in terms of basket, and he revived his two days later with the same shipping option. Other than that I'll still be a customer. Thanks, Billy Buisch”
