This is the best flavored juice EVER! My only issue is the bottles are impossible to open. I have to use a screwdriver and knife to cut off the cap. Fix this issue, and you'll get a 5 star review!!

My problem is that it took a month to receive my order. I have ordered from other vendors and received my order within three days. A month just way too long to wait for my order, very disappointed that I had to wait so long.

Unfortunately, in consequence of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; UPS, FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make congruent policies surrounding the prohibition of shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on two private carriers that make compliant deliveries. The only provider available in your region at this time is X Delivery. We ask that you please check out our Shipping FAQ page for more information: https://www.electrictobacconist.com/shipping-tracking-i287 Since X Delivery doesn't have the same infrastructure as the Postal Service your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center. We have also seen slightly longer transit times as well as occasional delays in tracking updates. We are working with their technical support team to rectify these concerns as quickly as possible. We are working with them to improve communication and notify you of delivery time windows, and we will keep you updated as we make progress.

LOVE THE MANGO FLAVOR. I ORDER IN BULK AND ABOUT 25% OF THEM DO NOT WORK. WISH THEY LASTED A LITTLE LONGER FOR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND ON THEM TO GET THEM TO YOU. SHIPPING COULD BE QUICKER.

I love this company!! I was told not to have any nicotine so I ordered some juice fromthe Electronic Tobacconist and they also went out of their way to let me know there was no nicotine in the product I ordered. Also they carry the Boulder products that I love! They go out of their way to see that you are satisfied!!! Dont hesitate buying from them!!! Great company!!!!

Cannot say much positive right now. Placed an order almost 6 weeks ago and it was never delivered as of today 2/13. Contacted customer support and they advised me they are reshipping. Still waiting. Jeff

I'm enjoying this product and would have given it 5 stars, except one of the pods arrived leaking fluid, and I had to throw it out fr fear it might explode or something. The service is great and Electric Tobacconist has always been expedient. What I like most is that I'm not able to purchase these flavored products in my area.

Very upset with the way Electric Tobacconist USA handled my shipping situation. My package is traveling everywhere but to my house. It has wound up in transit up to about 100 miles from my house then was shipped to Dallas. Then it came back to near my house and it is just sitting there. I have since ordered from another company and got my juice is 3 days!!!!!!! It was a private carrier and I got it in 3 days!!!! The bs that this company gives you is not accurate. It is understandable 5 to 7 days bc of the different way of shipping but not 40 or 44 days... we are onn day 45. I do not recommend ordering from this company with there current carrier. Agents blame it on the carrier and the carrier do give 2,3,4, or 45 effs!!!!!! I never received my package. I doubt it ill ever receive it.

I had ordered from them multiple times. The Delivery service company's they use are HORRIBLE, takes over 3 1/2 weeks to get your products, found another website that I get them within 7 days. So sad, when you communicate with them they are polite but all you get is the standard we are sorry and regulations etc., if that's the case why do the other company I now use don't give that excuse?

Hi DG, we greatly appreciate the feedback you have provided us in this situation as we are constantly looking to improve our services. The Electric Tobacconist follows all state and federal mandated regulations - as such, we are no longer able to use USPS as a shipping provider. UPS, FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have enacted similar policy. Thus, we are using two independent couriers. They are more accustomed to commercial shipments, so we are currently working with them on augmenting their available public tracking abilities. And they are not quite accustomed to our bandwidth, though they are making the necessary changes in this regard when possible. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding in this situation whilst we overcome difficulties presented by the PACT Act legislation.

I had to find a new company to order my product from as it has been almost a month since I ordered and still no product. I paid for a delivery and still no delivery. I do realize that things are a bit slower these days but this is pushing the boundaries. I have hopefully found a new place to order and hopefully they will be more prompt.

We have already seen a significant increase in the number of orders delivered within 10 days of placing the purchase. It looks as though we offered to reship or refund your order on the 12th as it was deemed lost in transit by our shipping standards. Please note that it is not uncommon for the original package to arrive even after we have reshipped or refunded the purchase. However, in an attempt to get situations resolved as quickly as possible for our customers, we offer to preemptively reship or refund purchases in accordance with our Shipping Guarantee. Delivery times are ridiculous for NJOY daily products. Its been 3 months and still waiting for Electric Tobacconist to sort out their delivery processes!

Hi Hussain, Unfortunately, as a direct result of the PACT Act legislation, USPS implemented a ban on all vaping products in October of last year. This has presented us with limited shipping options as all other major shipping companies decided to enact similar bans. The new providers that we have partnered with are new to shipping vaping products and are unfortunately facing a much larger bandwidth than they were before these regulations were set in place. We understand that these transit times have exceeded what you have seen from us in the past and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
