This company has the worst delivery times of any company I have ever bought from. My last order took 3.5 weeks from the time I ordered to actually received. The previous order was 2.5 weeks. Why???

In consequence of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make congruent policies surrounding the prohibition of shipping nicotine products. The only provider available in your region at this time is our Standard Regional Carrier. I have been using Electric Tobacconist for a while now. I buy all my vaping products from them. And when I have a issue or a vape device breaks or is faulty they do everything to fix the product or replace it. I have always had outstanding service with them.

As your order did not arrive, we refunded your purchase on February 13th. Once again, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with your recent order. If you have a job and can't control when you will be home to receive the delivery you probably will not get the delivery because they need a signature and there is no way to know when they will arrive.

Hi Brian, As a result of the PACT Act legislation, all orders require a signature upon delivery. This is not something that can be bypassed or preauthorized and I do apologize for the inconvenience that this causes. For future reference, it may be helpful to ship your products to a work address or other physical address where an adult signature can be obtained. Additionally, we are constantly working with our shipping partners to augment their tracking capabilities and communication so that we can better notify you of delivery time windows. We expect that these concerns will be resolved once these carriers get acclimated to the new regulations and larger bandwidth they are now facing. We commit that all of our customers will receive their package or a refund. It does appear that your most recent order was marked as return to sender on February 4th. I have followed up with you via email so that we can get this rectified as soon as possible.

I'm familar with the Ripe Vape products. I've been vaping for many years and have reviewed the products favorably several times in the past. With the recent regulations and restrictions on shipping I used your company to still get my favorite products. While the process is less simple than what I have experienced prior to the new rules, I was plaeased with the wy you handled the delivery and availabiity during a challenging time. Stock was a bit low and I actuallyordered less than I intended due to this but not a major problem. Overall a goo job by your team.

I am very sorry to hear about the delays that you experienced with you recent order. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship through USPS. All other major shipping companies have also decided to implement similar vaping bans and as a result of this, we have had limited shipping options. We are tirelessly working with the independent carriers that we have partnered with to improve their services as well as looking for other shipping options as well. The products are great but the delivery is awful. Questions regarding delivery are unanswered and there is no way to communicate through phone to get answers from customer service. Needs much improvement!
