I had my building check the cameras and for the time frame it states it was delivered, nothing was delivered to my box. Not a reliable platform for sellers AT ALL. They have repeatedly suspended accounts with NO communication highlighting the reasons. We have to raise a couple of cases but every single one remained unresponsive and marked completed after 10 days. Yet, no response received from them. We tried to call them but not successful.
It is so shocking that they have withdrawn the amount for listing the products when the account is suspended and no one responds. It would be good to know at least the reason as to WHY?
I read people's account suspended after 13 years of selling and no reason. This is ridiculous.
Watch your self as to where you are spending your limited resource. All your efforts may disappear and no reason.”

If I have different hobbies and loves brings things to people, he himself closed the whole Etsy door to me completely! He did not listen or read any of my explains, not patient! Not nice at all!
Compared to Amazon customer service, Etsy should not have someone like him as an employee.
Etsy is a platform between buyer and seller, not GOD to decide the death or life! He is overpowered! If seller needs edits or amendments, it's should be doable! Not just closed without a word! Or not just shut him off forever! Who gave him a right like a GOD?
You say I did not make the products myself, but I designed it most of them. Handmade is handmade! It's not means just leave there then machine finished all! And also on ETSY at least 50% did not make or design themselves. They are selling thousands of them, made a fortune by years. Where is your eyes? How you did not see it? He doesn't have any knowledge about production!
In his knowledge, all the handmade masks is just produced at kitchen by housewives. Not knowing products need to be better quality, nicer and more reasonable price with time going on!

“I had been a 5 star seller since 2011, but when covid-19 hit in January, no one knew it would affect sales. In February I started getting complaints about late shipments, and frantically searched to find out why they were late. It was confirmed that it was due to covid quarantines, and I wrote to all of my customers informing them of the situation, and asked Etsy if there was anything further I should do. Their response? They suspended my account, kept my last paycheck and gave customers (with their purchases still on the way to them) their money back out of my account. They wouldn’t even let me discuss it with them - just sent a form letter stating that I could petition to unsuspend my account in 2 weeks to give me time to think about what I had done wrong. All my customers were concerned about their orders, and it made ME appear unstable as a seller. Petition to unsuspend? Not on your life. I have a relationship with my customers - I wouldn’t do this to them again. They can find me on my website. What Etsy did was not right. It was unethical, and they should have been there to help a small business through this pandemic - but instead, they showed their true colors.”

“I recently listed a couple of my items on Etsy but they deactivated my account without properly explaining me the reason, sent me scary emails that they will submit me to the collection agencies if they are willing to, and have frozen my $50 dollars for 6 months which I earned by selling 4 items. They customer service demonstrates absolute disrespect and harassment, and don't even think that their actions are legal they just took my money and do not want to pay me back. “In order a mothers day present for my wife three weeks before mothers day and still have not received as of today 5/14. I was contacted by the seller explaining that it wouldn't be shipped until 5/6 - 5/12 after I paid for it. I contacted her today about my package and she said it hasn't shipped and had the audacity to ask me to pay her more money so she can send it out with tracking. I'm glad I had this experience because I was willing to spend thousands of dollars on decour for my home we just built. RUN, not walk away from this company!”
