I would like to begin by saying this is my first experience with this company and my last! Love the selection, but customer service & order execution is a FAIL. 1. They will charge your card the FULL AMOUNT of your order BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED ! Other companies charge you once the item is shipped! 2. NO REFUNDS. Only Store Credit 3. NO Live customer service. 4. Never Received My FULL ORDER -it's been Over a Month! and They Refuse to Cancel the items they didn't ship either! So basically they have my money AND the ITEMS! 5. NO Notice as to WHEN the Missing items will be sent out! 6. My original shipment was delayed for weeks – I had to resort to emailing them to get to the bottom of the delay. They emailed back and said I could have a discount ‘on my next order’ for this inconvenience. However, I asked it to be applied to this order. They did - but applied it to ITEMS THEY NEVER SHIPPED. 8. The Partial Shipment of Items they DID send, arrived in a torn box, sagging at one end and full of holes on another side. Not the most professional presentation once I opened it either. 5. Zero notification as to why items were excluded from my shipment. 4. Packing Slip has different “REASON CODES” than their online Return Form. I already filled out the codes on the Packing Slip as I tried items on. ( Will the Packing Slip with the Return Codes listed suffice? If they devise an excuse to not credit me the requried amount of the items returned I'll make another post.) I asked PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM MY ORDER a month ago! They said they can't cancel items they didn't ship yet!! ?? Selection is great- but myriad other companies out there with great selection that HAVE better return policies, customer service you can speak with, better shipping times, and order fulfilment. Once my 'Store Credit' runs out - that is the last I'll deal with them. NOT a RETURN CUSTOMER

If I could give them a negative review I would. I placed an order on October 23rd and are yet to receive a tracking number. I've called and emailed several times and all they tell me is to allow another week for processing since they are going through a warehouse expansion. OK? I agreed to proceed with the purchase when it stated it would delay 3-7 business days. How can they promote "Free overnight Shipping" when they can't ship an order that was placed almost a month ago? Ridiculous and worst customer service ever. I Just want what I paid for.

This is the second time I ordered from fashion Nova. The first time I had a bad experience. But the second time around, I had no issues, ordered on Saturday and it got shipped on Sunday!

Let’s start off by saying all of their clothes are way to small and I’m not even big. Only way to return, you have to PAY FOR RETURNS. Secondly I ordered something on October 31st and it’s the 17th of November, still nothing. I sent 9 request to see where my order is and it took them 3 days each request to reply a general message. The tracking number still says my order has not been shipped. And after all that time half of my outfit in the order they told me was sold out. They haven’t accommodated me at all through this horrible experience and I will never order from them again! Regardless if they are at their new center, they are beyond unprofessional!

Fashionnova has lost a loyal customer. I place an order with them Oct 24th, knowing that they were going through a distribution change and my package would take longer than normal. I needed my package by Nov 9th. That was a three week window. As the date came closer and closer and I still hadn't got my package I called and emailed customer service asking for the status. I advised them multiple time if it won't be to me by the Nov 9th I don't want the package. They was never able to get me a clear response so I canceled the package and got a email stating that my package request was submitted. On nov 8th I got an email stating my order has been processed. I emailed them again letting them know I no longer need package and I requested for my order to be canceled. I didn't get a response back ( prior to I was getting response back). Nov 13th they delivered the package I email them again and got no answer. I look to see their return policy. They don't give cash back and you have to pay to send package back so I have to pay 15 dollars to send package back and I still haven't got a a response back or anything. I will not be ordering from them again, which is sad because prior to i never had an issues and even had items that was too small or something and I wouldn't return it.

Fashion Nova has to be one of THE WORST online clothing companies I've ever dealt with. They have great clothing items, but their customer service is GARBAGE. I made an order on October 18th, never received my order and then was issued a refund on November 2nd that I still have never received. I have tried reaching them via phone several times, have left messages and sent e-mails to no avail. They have over $100 of my money that was supposed to be refunded. They said I would get it in 7-10 business days. I haven't seen anything, and the 10 business days have passed. Someone needs to blow up their headquarters and their distribution center.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova before and the delivery was not as promised nor was the quality. Apparently I didn’t learn my lesson. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I received my order confirmation and that was it. The money has been deducted from my account with a delivery guarantee of 7-10 days. This will be my final order from fashion nova and everytime I have the opportunity to down this company, I will. If you contact customer support 800) 866-0286, it’ll give you prompts as if it’s connecting to a customer service rep, but then a recording comes on informing you to check online and their business hours

If i could rate a zero i definitely would . I returned something 4 weeks ago and have not received my e gift card yet . They are not returning any of my emails and they do not have a live operator you can talk to i feel like i got ripped off .

Placed order October 17th. It’s November 9th. Still marked as unfulfilled, no tracking number, no shipment, no response to emails other than a generated response saying it takes 7 to 10 business days and there is a slight delay. Mind you i had two day shipping. Yet they are on social media daily, they are also posting fake reviews. They also keep sending generated emails and Tex with the little coupons. I can’t even get my order that i paid for almost a month ago nor response. My money was take the day i ordered. I have been shopping with them for a long time. I have five daughters so we spend a good deal of money. However lately they are getting worse and worse with shipping and also feel they don’t owe an explanation. You can’t send the same emails stating 7 to 10 days when it’s been 30. Poor customer service or should i say non existent. Bad business.

Waited 19 days for my order even after paying for 2 day shipping. I emailed them and got nothing but soon as my friend tweeted them about it, then they reached out to me. Once I got my package I was missing items and the jeans feel cheap. I ordered 6 pairs of jeans and only one had Fashion Nova on it and the others were brands that I have seen at cheap clothing stores. I’m not sure what’s going on bc I was excited but now I’m done with them.

Everything I ordered came in and it really looked just like the pictures. Some pants were a bit too short but I mean nothing big. Some shirts were a bit see through but it wasn’t a terrible item. I got the free shipping since I spent almost 200 dollars but everything came in after about 7 days nothing big. Will continue to shop here I was hesitant since it was my first time shopping but it was actually very good. Love it! Was not disappointed.

Before you guys order it tells you their transitioning to an new warehouse. It will take 7-10 business day for it even ship. I shop here all the time.

Took weeks for the order to arrive and then 3 items were missing! No phone number to contact and the automated email response was 72 hours. Not cool, will never order from here again.

I’ve place a couple different orders here and each time they have take over the said time. I placed my most recent order Oct. 18 and still have not received my order. Then I tied to call the customer service number they offer but it just tells you to go on their website and hang up on you. Very dissatisfied.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They say they are processing your order, hold your money and never respond back. They are so unprofessional, they do not have a customer support number, takes 3 days to get a response from email, and the response I did get was an automated email. I ordered on here before, never had a problem till now. If they do have a problem with the distribution center then they need to stop taking orders because obviously nobody's order is getting fulfilled. I am very disappointed because I wanted my outfit since I obviously liked it and II spent over $75 to get the free two day shipping and it has been THREE FUCKING WEEKS. These five star reviews are fake as hell. Fashion Nova needs to be shut down.

Fashion nova sucks!! Time and time again I have yet to receive my orders in a timely manner!! I’ve order for special occasions such as birthdays and was let down each time. They take forever to contact you and never accommodate you for your wait!! This company has been an inconvenience to me and WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!

I placed an order on October 12th, October 18th, 19th and 20th. None of my orders have shipped. I spent a total of $503.74. I placed my first order on the 12th, and on the 18th I noticed it still was not fulfilled. I didn't think much of it at first. (I ordered more on the 18th/ 19th / 20th because I wanted to break up my purchases) It is now October 28th and NONE of my orders have shipped. What really pisses me off is they have the worst customer service. I emailed numerous times and I have not received ONE response. I just keep getting the generic " we will be in touch in 48-72 hours bs" ] Questions below: Was your delivery on time? ( Not applicable because they HAVE NOT shipped my items.) How did you communicate with the company? (Not applicable because I have sent NUMEROUS emails, and I have not received any real response. All I receive is an automatic robotic response that says I will be contacted in 48-72 hours, and it NEVER happens. I tried calling the " customer service number" and it's impossible to get a human. They refer you to the website to contact them, THE SAME email address and website messaging system I have been using and receiving NO response)

Clothing sizes all wrong. I spent 300 dollars and that was a waste. Only a few items fit. Did not stress for refund just took my lost they need do better
