“I ordered the first order on Monday and haven’t even received a shipping status or tracking number it has been 5 business days. My second order was placed shortly after and same thing. No information about either packages this is absolutely ridiculous. SHIP OUT MY CLOTHES!!!!! And give me information about where they are and why this is taking so long. #24804527 #24852334”

“I’ve been a loyal customer since fashionnova first started and they used to have fast service but this is the second time they take more than 2 weeks to deliver. I still haven’t gotten my tracking number. You have no option of canceling your order (only issue store credit) I will not be ordering from this site again. Not trustworthy.”

“Fashionnova deserves LESS than a one star rating, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS and then purchase at your OWN RISKS! as i promise you, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. My stupid self got caught up in the black Friday hype AFTER FACT, that i placed an earlier order in October and had problems with that. THEY DO NOT HAVE 2 DAY SHIPPING, MINIMUM 2 WEEKS. Still haven't received my black Friday order but they claimed it was delivered Left in mailbox, no such thing.”

“Purchased $300, about 26 items. 11 of them did not have FashionNova tags but cheaper, unheard of brand names like Ambiance, K-yo-yo, and Bozzolo. It was mostly pants, leggings and knit drop tops with different clothing tags. Googling these clothing brands will send you to cheap Amazon clothing shops. The shipping times are horrible and completely unreliable. Do not order around New Collection launches as they put all the blame on the long ship times on how busy their distribution center is with all the new orders. I feel very ripped off. The clothing material is not worth it, even with their Black Friday deal. I am returning over half and am not allowed to return unopened body suits I received duplicates of, I will only receive store credit and I am responsible for shipping and any incorrect paperwork. If I return my online order in store, I will not be able to use the store credit issued online, only in store. Please read reviews, their return policy,restocking fees, and their size chart very carefully before ordering from FashionNova. The Instagram hype is just from paid models. I resonate with every other comment here, you will receive better customer service from comatose patients. Hope they spend the money on better customer service and a reasonable return policy because it feels very dirty being conned from such a cheap clothing store.”

“Terrible service! By far the WORST service I have ever received from a company. I ordered 200 worth of clothing and the very next day it was "shipped". After 4 days the tracking information stopped updating, so I waited a few more days then contacted USPS. After a bunch of back and forth it was eventually discovered that my package was never sent! I informed Fashion Nova of this and they blamed USPS. Mind you I have only been able to contact them via email, after leaving countless voicemails to their stupid automotive services, which you NEVER hear back from. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I am expecting a FULL REFUND. The people I've emailed have been nasty and rude, and have provided little to know information for me. Very upset with the poor service, I was expecting so much more.”

“Not even worth one star. Plain & Simple do not shop here . Have ordered multiple times from this company with no problems. In November, I was told I would recieve a refund due to an item being out of order and STILL charged. It is Dec 5 and NO REFUND. The Toll Free 1-800 number is not active. It will tell you "a representative is on their way" and disconnects the call. I placed a second order November 27th and have only received a confirmation email and NO shipping information. Each time I email they respond with nothing but "please allow 7-10 business days to process order. Which it has almost been 10 days. This is my last time ordering from Fashion Nova & will be reporting Fraud to my bank and see what they can do to reslove it since Fashion Nova cannot provide any form of service to their customer.”

“I PLACED AN ORDER ON 11/23, IT IS NOW 12/05 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE UPDATE. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAVE YET TO GET ANY TYPE OF RESPONSE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AN UPDATE OR REFUND WOULD BE GREAT.”

“THEY WILL STEAL YOU MONEY WATCH OUT. I PLEASE A ORDER OCT 18 2018. CANCELED THE ORDER A 3 WEEKS LATER DUE TO BE NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER. RECVD A EMAIL SAYING I WOULD HAVE MY FULL REFUND WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAY. NEVER RECVD IT SEND MULTI EMAILS ASKING ABOUT IT ALL THE SAME THING. NOW ON DEC 3RD I GET AN EMAIL SAYING MY ITEMS WERE DELIVERED ONCE AGAIN NO ITEMS NO REFUND. LAST EMAIL SAID THAT THEY ONLY DELIVERED ONE ITEM AND HAD TROUBLE REFUNDING ME THE REST OF MY MONEY. I NEVER RECVD ANYTHING. I FILED FRAUD WITH THE BANK AND WILL WRITE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE UNTIL THEY ANSWER ME WITH THE TRUTH ABOUT MY MONEY.”

“I ordered a cute pair of cargo pants, and when I washed them they shrink up. So now they look like I'm waiting for a big flood. I've only worn them twice. I don't know what to do with them now. I also just ordered a large white pull over sweater. When I opened it to try it on I couldn't get it over my shoulders. It was so small and short. The material is cheap and very thin. I would love to get my money back but its store credit only. I do not want anything from that store. SO I'm SOL. Nothing annoys me more than wasting money on things that I can not use. Also, its such an inconvenience going to the post office to return it. Other sites I order from gives you the option to print out a label for the return. I still haven't found time to go wait in line at the post office to return it.”

“I used to love Fashion Nova. It used to be my go to place to find fashionable clothes. The shipping used spectacular but now is not the case. My past couple of orders have been extremely late. Mind you they supposedly “2 day shipping” I bought a cute lavender top on 11/26/18 and I have yet to receive a shipped email. I also ordered pants that came to me in the wrong size and I have to pay to ship it back and they only give you store credit for returned items. It’s sad to say goodbye to them but I rather spend my money somewhere else now.”

“I placed an order on 10/19/18. The order showed unfulfilled on 10/28/18. I contacted Fashion Nova for a refund. I was told via email on 10/30/18 that I would receive a refund. It is now 12/4/18 and I have not received a refund. I have contacted them 3 times after the 10/30/18 email exchange and all of my contact has been ignored.”
