“GrubHub is the worst ever. They charged me after I called and cancelled my subscription. Then I called again when they didn't refund and cancel as promised and they said they cancelled and refunded 1 months but. Not the other 2 months and said they had no history of my original all when I told them I had the call log. I never once placed an order with them. Total ripoff with horrible customer service!!! Worst service ever.”

“Grubhub Sucks!! I ordered lunch early this morning to be delivered at 11:30. I get notification at 11:30 that my order was canceled with no reason why. So guess what, I have no lunch today!! First and Last time I use Grubhub !!!!”

“Made a purchase a few days ago GrubHub charge my card for nearly $20 more than the order total multiple receipts in hand from restaurant and GrubHub stating the price. Ordered during a GrubHub promotional discount when the amount finally cleared my card I contacted GrubHub to attempt to resolve. GrubHub blames the restaurant. It is a local restaurant that I work hand in hand with constantly I am very much aware of the pricing. In my opinion GrubHub is an extreme scam that uses the blame game to confuse customers to attempt to make and maintain as much money as possible by any means necessary. The delivery driver that brought my food was exceptional and received her tip in cash. She has delivered to my house numerous times. And because of this GrubHub will be taking money out of her pocket too.”

“This company SUCKS! DO NOT USE THIER “service.” Ordered food for delivery, the restaurant called to ask when we were planning to pick up my food (after almost an hour!). Called GarbageHub to cancel order and was informed they couldn’t because our order was still being prepared in the kitchen….we were eating our food while I was in the phone with this CRAPPY COMPANY!!! NEVER! NEVER USW THIS COMPANY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

“Wil never use Grub Hub again....not the driver or restaurant fault but the way they bill and add a lot of fees which doubled the cost of a $16 salad The restaurant recommended them but had no clue all the fees and Grubhub chose the amount of tip without allowing me to adjust and was not allowed to change Also got billed before I saw all the fees and too late to cancel..not good business Customer service was very rude and unhelpful Bad experience and will not use again”

“I ordered from Jets Pizza. I have an offer from my bank for free delivery through Grub Hub. Well, the delivery was free, but i was charged almost double what the order should have been. The receipt with the pizza said $16.79. I received an email from Grub Hub. They charged me $30.23! I got no help when I called Grub Hub! I will never use Grub Hub again, even with free delivery! Nothing else came close to free!”

“Took them 3 hours to cancel my order, past the point where they should have known the restaurant wasn't going to be able to provide and past the point where I can order from a different restaurant. Next 1000 dollars I spend ordering food will not be going their way probably more if I take a liking to a different service. Honestly going back to places that have built in delivery like Pappa John's seems like the move.”

“Last night I ordered food and the delivery driver picked up our food and after he picked it up said it was delivered and sent a fake picture and never got it. He took our food for himself and grub hub wouldn't give us our money back or give us credit for it very bad experience.”

“My order was cancelled after waiting an hour, I was told my money would be refunded to the original payment but it wasn't. I was finally able to see that they refunded the payment to a card I haven't used in 6 months. This is the second time this has happened. The first time could have been an accident, but the second time looks like a scam. There have been other lesser issues, but this is the straw breaking the camel's back. When something goes wrong, which it does, you are always SOL with Grubhub.”

“Hi after 3 years on and off using Grubhub on a couple of my orders i didn’t receive my proper order apon calling customer service with proof of photos taken explaining my orders i was refused refund and Grubhub didn’t even try to resend to get my proper order. So please what ever you do avoid Grubhub you will get ripped off.”

“Had us wait two hours driver could not contact us. They had to go through their app they delivered to the wrong place made them re-order still charges full price no discount no nothing terrible service trying to get a hold of them and will not answer his phone when GrubHub tried to call him because we couldn’t call him, most pathetic company I’ve ever ever had food from delivered”
