They tack on a 15% tip for the driver. That is way too much. I give 1520% to my waiter waitress who brings the food to my table serves me water and bread. They should not even get a tip, especially this driver because he did not follow directions. I am in a rehab facility for my leg. I asked him to bring it to my room because I cannot walk so what does he do? He leaves it at the front desk and then he text me and said he delivered my package. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came to my door so I called and canceled Grubhub penalize me by not allowing me to order off their site for 24 hours. It was not my fault. It was the drivers fault for not following directions. I’m going to try DoorDash. Grubhub has lost a customer.

I am beginning to wonder of Grubhub delivery drivers knows how to follow directions or GPS. This is the fourth time in a month that my order has been delivered to the wrong address. And then when you try calling the driver it goes to a number out of Chicago, IL. This is really getting to be ridiculous.

I think they should get rid of Grubhub and DoorDash. Its alot of drivers that will pick through your food and most of the time there will items missing. Its been over 2 years since the last time I ordered from Grubhub. Ordered Popeye's and we found a biscuit that was bitten off of. The chicken tenders were missing and only left 2 in the box. That was the last straw for me smh and the drivers don't even care. Everybody needs to just stop ordering from these places before someone really tampers with somebody food and gets them sick. 👎🏽

I put a $200 gift card on my brand new account. I tried to place my first order and then they “froze”my account. I have no way of accessing it and Customer Service is completely useless. They told me to wait for an email from another department so meanwhile they’re stealing my $200. I don’t have a lot of confidence that I will get it back. They are disgusting and unprocessional. I basically threw $200 down the drain. How they can get away with this is beyond me. And there’s literally no one to speak to a customer service because they cannot “address that issue“

As a caregiver, I heavily rely on food delivery services for my meals. This evening, I ordered food but the delivery driver never delivered my order and marked my order as complete. I asked the Grubhub customer care representative handling my issue to confirm that a different driver would deliver my reordered food. However, they stopped responding to the chat. Extremely disappointed.

My orders majority of them always come up with missing items or a delay and when I ask for a refund they tell me that I'm being fraudulent and abusing the system. When I pay for a particular item I expect to get that and when I don't I have every right to ask for a refund but they feel that since it happens so often that I am in the wrong so I will no longer need their service

we just order something to eat. there were missing orders that was not in what we ordered.when we call them and want things fixed and they say that they can not do something to reach out.

They never have drivers. Order eta gets changed to often. Always cold food because of Grubhub and not the restaurant

Grubhub sucks. I got a free premier membership through Amazon. I would NEVER pay for this membership and will not continue to use GrubHub. Orders are delayed every single time. My most recent order was delivered 2 hours late. They would not allow cancellation when it was one hour late. When all is said and done, I was offered a $5 credit. Unacceptable. Grubhub isn’t worth your time or money.

I have restaurant in Burbank CA. I need to disconnect my Grubhub integration with Otter POS. I have been told that someone will call you in 36 to 48 hours. I still waiting after a month and calling them more than 10 times. They won't solve your problem but they are really professional to tell you how much they are sorry times and times when I call them.

Awful customer service. They routinely delay order deliveries for no reason and then are not helpful in resolving issues claiming that the order will eventually get to you. Do not use this service. They are THE worst at the delivery service business

I am in Eastern time zone. I ordered seafood 2.5 hours early for a family members from a restaurant in their city in the Central Time Zone. I put delivery time 7 pm. Grubhub system changed it to 6 pm, I received text stating delivery time, when it they would not be home. I tried to cancel . Not possible. I tried their help and chat with two different agents. Not possible. One hung up on me and the other blamed the restaurant. Never using GrubHub again.

GrubHub is a JOKE!!! I ordered a pizza while in Miami to be delivered they continued to flat out LIE to me about the delivery . They changed delivery drivers 3 times and finally after being contacted by the drivers saying they would be there in 10minutes with the pizza and they were on their way they cancelled the order all together .It was a 90 min ordeal that kept stringing my along . Apparently the pizza was never made and they couldn't keep up with the orders but Grub Hub lied and said they had it . COMMUNICATION IS NON TERRIBLE !!

I used GrubHub for the first time and ordered a pizza. I live in a cottage behind a main house. I put in the delivery notes to NOT deliver to the front house, but to deliver to the cottage in the back. There is no delivery tracker to know when you will get your stuff, it just says "30 to 50 minutes". At 50 minutes of not hearing a knock at the door or receiving a text, I checked the front door and saw that it was delivered but it was cold, so who knows when during that time it was actually delivered. I talked to my landlord this morning and she said the delivery driver ARGUED with her for 5 minutes saying that this is the address. It is CLEARLY stated to deliver to the back. I would like my tip back because dude who can't/won't read obviously should not be delivering food and doesn't deserve a tip. I won't be ordering anything from GrubHub ever again, and I can see why the reviews about them are so poor.

We only got half of our order delivered, and the customer service agent wouldn’t give us a refund big enough to compensate the service fees. We lost money re-ordering what was missing from our order. It’s two hours later and we’re still waiting for part of our order to get delivered. The restaurant worker confirmed she had the whole order at the restaurant and ready to get picked up after it was placed. We tipped ahead of time and have no way of taking away the tip for the driver and now have to re-tip another driver to bring the rest of our original order. Will never use GrubHub again after today.

Took 2 hours for a cup of coffee asked to cancel and they said no they couldn't cancel the order since it was in even with 2 hours of waiting. Gave me a $7 gift card but I canceled the account. If you can't give customer service don't offer it.
