“Our food was delivered but not to us. The driver texted me asking the code, I thought he was outside. The instructions were i would meet him in the hotel lobby. He doesnt even know where he delivered it. I cannot get a refund because he got the code. I will never use Grubhub again. They do not stand by their guarantee.”

“I paid over 20$ is other fees just to get my order wrong. Having a family party and they are missing items. A refund was given but not without another other fee. This is not right”

“We waited for over an hour…. After 45 minutes we were told our order would take a little bit longer, after we had waited past the hour mark we were told “sorry! Your order has been cancelled” I deleted the app immediately and ordered from somewhere else… that is a crazy business practice to me, they didn’t even tell me why they couldn’t fulfill my order.”

“I put in my order and went to go pickup and the restaurant said we don’t have an order. It’s raining outside went next store to the restaurant and they said to go to the other spot they should have received it and once again they said no. Showed them receipt and still nothing. So I contact Grubhub and they say sorry for the inconvenience we will cancel this mind you this is all happening for about an hour in the pouring rain. I tell them this is crazy and he says I will give you a 7$ gift certificate for your troubles. Really 7$???? I’m so unhappy with Grubhub it’s constant issues with them. Why did the restaurant not receive my order? It makes no sense. I will be deleting Grubhub and no longer deal with them.”

“Worst driver ever! This guy supposedly dropped off my food BY A STOP SIGN on a street across from the delivery location. When I went to said stop sign...food wasn't there.”

“Ordered at 11:35. Delivery was supposed to be between 11:55 and 12:10. I finally canceled after the 4th delay turned into 5th while chatting with support. The McDonald's is 2 miles from here!”

“Worst service I’ve ever received from a company, on a CONSISTENT basis… HORRIBLE… incredibly often, like today for instance… they forgot literally over HALF of our order… and when they’re not doing that, they spend much of the time delivering it to the wrong house.”

“Worst app ordering experience and even worse follow/on customer service (literally provided ZERO help and only compounded frustration). I have a $50 gift card with Grubhub and won’t even bother trying to use it again. Btw, the name is terrible too. DoorDash or UberEats ONLY for me go forward.”

“So many failed deliveries. And any credits for food do not include the delivery fee or tip. So they double ding you to get the food you are missing or wrong, by charging the fees and tip again.”

“We ordered food tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We didn’t want to go out because we are in the middle of home renovations. My husband was so excited for the food after a long day. Well, surprise!! Surprise!!!! We got someone else’s order. Nothing in the order is what we would have liked. We could not get any response when we called the driver back. She sent us directly to voice mail. DO NOT USE GRUBHUB!!!!!!!!!!!”

“First time I used the service, not my choice, but the restaurant uses them. No delivery, even though they claimed they delivered the food. Extremely poor communication, no help from the chat feature. I've have never, ever had problems with Menufy. Restaurants need to stop using Grubhub. Wish I could give them a zero or a negative number.”

“My order was delayed twice and the best they could refund me was $5 credit when my order was over $50 and was over 40 minutes late. Don’t use this. Uber eats is way quicker and actually helps if you ever need it.”
