I placed an order the day before I needed the food. Day of i recieved a text that the order would be about 30 minutes late. And then I received a call that the order was cancelled due to the restaurant. This was for a work functioni, and this is the 2nd time that Grub Hub has done this to me. I placed the same order with Uber Eats and it was delivered 20 minutes later.

They claim to have delivered and no product Further investigation showed that the driver was 4 doors away and did not call the cell provided order ended up cancelled Tracking on second attempt said order was 5 minutes away before it was suddenly cancelled with no explanation and no way to contact driver

Very rude delivery drivers were sitting in the restaurant as we sat down complaining. Loudly.. they could be heard throughout the entire restaurant. I assure you I will never use GrubHub services in this area if that is how their staff Acts this was also on Valentine's night

The delivery times will say 25 minutes but once you order, you will ALWAYS get a “delayed” message and your order will take 1-2 hours. Yes 1-2 hours. Terrible!

Bad service,delivered service is bad drive when leave my food by the mail box🤦‍♀️Bad customer service.refund still waiting never received .never order from them is the bad service their drivers is bad service to delivery your food

I ordered 14 pieces xl pizza from chuck cheese. I received 10 pieces. I took a picture and I will get to the bottom of it. If any of my children get sick from eating this pizza I will sue.

I ordered a happy meal for my child at 7:20 and immediately received a response that the driver would have it to my house by 8:01. The time then got changed to 8:14 and then a new driver moved my order to 8:54. The sad part is how do you explain to a child why their food is taking so long. Needless to say I canceled my account with GrubHub

It seems it's not bad enough that it's fairly rare to have an on-time, less than ice cold meal that the driver actually delivers to your door, when ordering from Grubhub. Or that the fees have sky rocketed. Or that any time something goes wrong, Grubhub just tells you to call the restaurant. Or that no matter how egregious the blunder, the only "customer service" answer is to offer a discount on a subscription to the service that isn't working for you. Even with all that, I sadly trusted that Grubhub could deliver an important business lunch from the restaurant to my office directly across the street (it was a rare day in the office, clients coming for meetings and no one available to pick the food up). I ordered (and paid) 24 hours in advance and received a confirmation that I'd have lunch delivered the next day at 12pm. 30 minutes before 12, I got a text saying lunch would be delivered between 12 and 12:10pm. And at 12:10pm with an office full of hungry clients, I got a text saying my order was canceled and I had been refunded. I had no choice but to leave the meetings, and walk across the street to the restaurant to find out what had happened, and candidly, beg for the food. When I got there the restaurant was slow and the manager said he had not received any order but he would be happy to make the lunches. While I waited for the restaurant to prepare the food, my phone rang. It was an employee of Grubhub saying that the restaurant wasn't taking orders, that's why my order was canceled. I told the gentleman that I was in the restaurant and that they were indeed taking orders and currently making my food, and that I was very upset. He hung up on me (in fairness to him, I may have said... after being lied to..."this is bullsh#!"). This feels more like the Russian mafia than a service I (countless times) paid a premium for. Complete lack of commitment, loyalty or honesty is something that I and hundreds of thousands of others experience daily with this terrible company. I've finally deleted the Grubhub app after complaining to a "customer service" rep (where I declined the oh-so-tempting subscription discount). I will not go back to Grubhub. Ever. Ever... ever ever ever.

The last time I ordered from Carabbas half my order was missing. I called Carabbas and they said contact Grubhub. Grubhub said they would refund what was missing. No they didn’t, plus I had to go without dinner. Today I tried Grubhub again and ordered for a delivery time 2 hours out. Got a message from Grubhub saying it was going to be 40 minutes late. What!?!?! The only reason I tried them again is because I take care of my bed bound mom. If she’s having a bad day I can’t leave her. I will NEVER use Grubhub again. EVER! The entire meal should be free. I live 20 minutes from the restaurant. I just checked and my order hasn’t even been assigned a deiver so our dinner will be even later. Joke of a company!

I ordered food and they got it mixed with someone else's order and I told customer service they did nothing about it they refused to refund me and the lady who I talk to was extremely rude and condinsending they constantly mess up my order my food always comes to my door cold it is very ridiculous and even a few times where my food didn't show up at all and they treat me like all I do is get free food smh well if they didn't constantly mess up my order I wouldn't have an issue. I Uninstalled the app as soon as I had that encounter with that scam artist who calls herself a manager if you ask me all those people should be fired or in jail because all they did was steal my money everytime

They Hijack and place their Ad on your Google listing, without any authorization! Then they claim, "Oh you need to talk to Google to get that removed", and of course Google says that Grubhub needs to remove it. NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER.

Apparently grubhub drivers now deliver your food in the alley. That is the most ridiculous think I have ever heard. The driver's words "Your food has been delivered in your alley. Don't worry about it." They just lost a customer.

The past 3x I’ve used Grubhub to order from O’Charleys I’ve had part of my order missing. Today I ordered using Grubhub from O’Charleys. I ordered Salmon with broccoli & Ceasar salad, to which Grubhub sent to the restaurant Salmon & no side. The ordered the chicken finger dinner with slaw & charged 1.99 extra for soup, to which they sent tenders with fries. The customer service rep for Grubhub was only offering a refund of 1.99 for the soup. To me, that was a complete slap in the face. Bill came to $45.22 and she thought all I was owed was $2 back. Cancelled my membership with Grubhub & taking every opportunity I can to let everyone know just how slack grubhub has gotten. Don’t give them your money. Just go pick up the food from the restaurants.

For one no one picked up our food then when they did get to the restaurant it took forever they never made it to my house my order was canceled of claims of missing food id rate them a 0 if I could , cold food , long wait times , no communication, this is a joke of a company just get your own damn food ok trust me the wait is not worth it not too mention they charge so many fees should be illegal
