2 orders wrong in one day and refuse refund on second order. Terrible customer service. Won’t be using this app again

Grub hub is a bunch of thieves. This is 2 days in a row that I didn't receive my order. Yesterday my order was delivered to my neighbors house and today it says it was delivered and the driver took a picture of some trees and my order was no where and I called the restaurant and they even said they have not received any grub hub orders today. Just a big scam. I even tipped the driver $10. It clearly stated what kind of car was parked in front of the house I'm at and they still messed it up. I called grub hub and even did the chat thing and got no where so I'm out another $30. Don't ever order from this app people it's a big scam

I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 4:32 THEY SAID DELIVERY AT 5:18 TO 5:33 THEN CHANGED THE TIME TO 6:12 THEY CHANGED IT AGAIN I RECIVEVED MY FOOD AT 6:42 APPROXIMATELY OVER 2 HOURS FROM THE TIME I ORDERED THE FOOD WAS COLD AND STALE SINCE IT SAT IN THE RESTAURANT FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS THEN TO TOP IT OFF IT WAS A GUY ON A BIKE IF THEY DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE DRIVERS BIKERS AVAILABLE THEY SHOULD DECLINE THE ORDER THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS WEEK THIS HAPPENS -- I WO9ULD HAVE USED UBER EATS --THIS IS HORRIBLE

If you *LOVE* paying double the price of the cost of the food, watching your driver pick up your order from a restaurant one to two miles away, watching them drive past your location to drive an additional eight to ten miles away, and THEN make their way back to deliver your now cold food, then this is the app for you. Depending on the week, this can happen anywhere from 40% to 75% of the times your order. Tipping generously does not seem to make a difference either way.

My food almost always comes late as drivers take side trips off the path, and 90% of the time, I have missing items or incorrect order fulfillment. I've had to go to restaurants to pick up the food as the restaurant wasn't vetted properly as pickup only. Plus I often get different delivery drivers than posted as delivery agent. This tends to lead me to believe they aren't properly vetting their drivers.

Driver who accepted order was extremely far away from restaurant. I had no chance to cancel. By the time online chat agent offered to cancel, the driver was almost to the restaurant. Then the agent prematurely canceled the order when I inquired about a partial refund instead of a credit. Maddening experience. I'm concerned the driver was not compensated for the long drive he made. Poor customer service and a poor experience for the driver, I assume, too.

My order sat at the restaurant for over an hour. It was delivered cold and left outside. My instructions are to call. When Grubhub makes a mistake, they will not issue a refund. I included the picture the driver took.

Every order I've placed had been delayed 2 or 3 times. NEVER EVER have they delivered on time.

Absolutely ridiculous! Even if it’s free through Amazon, I refuse to wait two hours for my food. How is Grubhub even a thing when it’s this bad?! I’ll gladly give DoorDash my money from now on!!!

Out of 6 orders the last 30 days, 4 of them were either missing items or prepared wrong. When I reported an incorrectly prepared order tonight (and sent them photos showing how it was clearly wrong) the rep in chat told me I’ve reported too many orders and despite the photos proving my claim, they couldn’t issue a refund as a result. I get that there are people that will file false claims but I send photos of every wrong order. I should be able to either get what I ordered nd paid for, or they refund me.

I placed an order an hour ahead of time so the store will have no excuse not to deliver on time but it still went to over an hour and the order was not delivered. Not only that I did not get my order but it's as if I had no choice but to cancel the order because they had no idea what went wrong. So frustrated and soooo hungry waiting for nothing.

They said the order was deliver but I dint even receive it and the delivery guy dint even call me even after mentioning it hand it over to me. When I called the customer service they said they count redeliver or refund or track my package. Worst thing to use this app. DoorDash is far more better than this

They delivered to the wrong house, offered a $5 credit on an $19.14 order and won’t give me my money back. That’s stealing. I have no food and I’m out of my money

GrubHub has the worst customer service! Takes forever to get your problem dealt with and will randomly cancel your order!!!! DoorDash never does that!!!

Absolute disaster of a company. Just always constantly wrong. You complain, they say they’ll give you their premium subscription, and never do. Worst food app on the market.

They delivered my order to wrong address and my only recourse was a refund. Not good enough for me. They don’t even try and make it right. Every chance I get in the future, I’ll avoid Grub Hub.
