Order from Grubhub and Grand Roses Bar and grill last night. It took almost 2hrs to get here. When it did the queso dip spilled out all over the bag. Complete waste of $9.00. Because it took two hours to get here everything felt like it was in the refrigerator not even warm completely cold probably because it was sitting in the trunk for two hours and it was cold outside. I even gave 20% as the tip another wasted $9.00. I spent over $50 on my order that took 2hrs to get here, the dip all over the inside of the bag, no chips came with the order not sure what they thought we would eat the dip with. The diver stopped at two other sites before getting to me. I tracked the delivery and saw them stop twice. That's after they sat at the restaurant forever, probably waiting for other orders while mine sat at got cold not warm ... COLD! The worst experience and food I've ever had. Totally feel ripped off with the food and especially the delivery. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Last time you'll rip me off. Done with Grand Rodeo and Grubhub. Lost me as a customer for life and anyone else that will listen to how horrific you two are. A perfect match of incompetence!! I NEVER write reviews that’s how horrible the food and delivery service was!!

Order was reassigned 3 times and when the 4th driver finally picked up the food an hour later he drove around for an hour before delivering my food. There was no way to cancel and get a refund and all I got from Grubhub was $5. The food took so long (2 hours) I had to order from another restaurant, so they made $60 off of bad service. Chatting with customer service is useless. Screw Grubhub!

So I ordered grab hubs tonight and it said that the driver was picking up my food and arriving in about 26 minutes. Then all of a sudden, it said a totally different driver period almost there almost 30 minutes later. I get a call on the app.It said it was a male delivery driver a female called and said she was at the restaurant and that the first driver picked up my food twenty minutes ago and they don't know what happened to it. What do you mean? So she calls me and said she wanted me to know what was going on and that she was in a contact grubhub.I then asked if she could cancel the order.I'm on Chat with Customer Care when they say the order was cantold because they cannot deliver the food. You mean the first driver kept my food and instead of getting that person in trouble? You're gonna send somebody else to waste their time. And the customer who's paying not only for the food but the tap and the membership period it's a joke Then they say they're putting them back on the original payment method.Why can't you just cancel the order? Payment shouldn't even be cleared until that food has been delivered. Thanks Grubhub for wasting drivers and customers time. I hope you aren't around much longer. Bad experiences over and over. Close your doors even you cs reps suck. Not worth the headache DoorDash is better anyway!!!!

Grub Hub screwed me so many times today. Just today. They’ve screwed me other days too. I never have issues with Door Dash. I ordered Mexican food. Super craving. Never came. Driver took a pic of the bag in his hand. Not set down and delivered. I have a door camera. He never came. He took a picture by a different stairwell with stairs on the left. Mine are on the right. Customer service gave me a hard time. Then credited me Grub Hub instead of my debit card. (Like I want to go through them again?) It’s dinner time. Still craving Mexican food. Decided to order from a closer restaurant. Hope I don’t get the same delivery guy. I stressed my apartment number so many times. Got the food. Not my bottled coke. Jesus! So, I contacted again. OMG ! Now they’re saying they can’t refund that. Or even offer anything for their screw up AGAIN! I HATE GRUB HUB. From the stupid drivers to the idiots in customer service.

This company is a joke. We place an order at 12:30 pm, The driver didn't reach us until 1:45pm. The food was cold and the driver didn't give us our drinks. The total price of our order was $26. All the company offered us was $10. I think they should have been fair and gave us our money back because the food was cold and soggy and we threw it away. I will never order threw Grubhub again.

HORRIBLE. I will NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN. Do not agree to fulfill an order placed one day ahead of time if you are unsure as the weathered there is a driver available. WHO DOES THIS? I was depending on this service, paid for it, it was agreed upon. Grub hub sent a text saying the order will be 20 minutes late….. fine. That would have been okay, then CANCELED. The reviews on this forum reflect exactly what this company is. Dishonest, untrustworthy.

I had a patient who said they had no food so I ordered them food with grub hub. The patient did not let me know right away they never got the food. Reached out to grub hub who refused to help due to it being over 48 hours. Unacceptable.

Ordered at 1615 and it is now 1750. Just called the restaurant and it is a grub hub screw up. They picked up the food and has not delivered it. We are never again using grub hub. So, we are out the money and food. The restaurant claimed it’s a grub hub problem. They are supposed to be a food delivery service the can’t deliver.

I recently placed an order through Grubhub and was surprised to find that, in addition to the cost of my meal and a substantial delivery fee and $1.60 tax fee, I was also charged a $2 small order fee, and a $1.77 service fee. These additional charges seem excessive and, I haven’t even added in the tip yet, significantly increase the total cost of my order. It is concerning that these fees are added on top of an already elevated menu price. I will never use GrubHub ever again.

I ordered delivery from BackAYard and it was to be brought to my hotel front desk. The driver shows up and texts me a picture of a parking lot and declined my calls and wouldn’t reply to my texts. My food was not delivered and I have requested a refund. Mahmut from the San Jose/santa Clara CA area is rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend grub hub!

They don’t want to compensate for your food if it’s cold or if it’s late if it if the deliveries late they don’t care and they don’t do returns and they don’t do refunds they they don’t compensate at all. That’s what I mean by returns or refunds.

Continually late, constantly giving excuses, and extremely disorganized with their communication. With my last order, I waited for over an hour, just to hear that it was a Grubhub issue, and that they would cancel the order and give me a full refund. When I called the restaurant, they said that the order had been picked up 5 minutes before. I never received my order, but I’m guessing the driver got a nice hot meal. I would recommend that restaurants deal with Door Dash instead. The have been much better overall than Grubhub!

I would give you guys zero if I could. I did an express reorder and your system only ordered a little over $9 of the previous order instead of the entire order, charged me a delivery fee and a small order fee. Do not order through Grubhub. They are intentionally ripping customers off. I will never use your service again.

Grubhub is simply unreliable and out of touch. I ordered lunch at 12:00, the delivery was supposed to be 12:36. Then it moved to 12:53, then 1:12. At 1:08 they sent a message that it was three minutes away, it was nowhere near three minutes away. This is lunchtime, I have other things to do. They offered me $7.00 in my next order, which will be NEVER. UberEats is reliable, I’ll stick with them them.

My MC Donald’s order arrived late and took more than 1 hour to arrive. When it got here it was freezing cold, the French fries were withered and super cold. One burger was missing and the one that was delivered was super cold as well. We had no way to reheat it. So I requested refund and by the time the agent said they would do it. So I reordered with DoorDash the same order and it arrived in 19 minutes. Unfortunately Grubhub did not refunded me and the next day when I talked with them again on the chat, they said that even if my food was not edible, they could refund me just for the missing item and give me 1/4 of my order amount in a credit for a future order. I won’t order again with Grubhub and would recommend everyone to first try to buy it with DoorDash. It’s much faster and when you have a problem, they really help.

GrubHub is the worst ever. They charged me after I called and cancelled my subscription. Then I called again when they didn't refund and cancel as promised and they said they cancelled and refunded 1 months but. Not the other 2 months and said they had no history of my original all when I told them I had the call log. I never once placed an order with them. Total ripoff with horrible customer service!!! Worst service ever.

Grubhub Sucks!! I ordered lunch early this morning to be delivered at 11:30. I get notification at 11:30 that my order was canceled with no reason why. So guess what, I have no lunch today!! First and Last time I use Grubhub !!!!

Made a purchase a few days ago GrubHub charge my card for nearly $20 more than the order total multiple receipts in hand from restaurant and GrubHub stating the price. Ordered during a GrubHub promotional discount when the amount finally cleared my card I contacted GrubHub to attempt to resolve. GrubHub blames the restaurant. It is a local restaurant that I work hand in hand with constantly I am very much aware of the pricing. In my opinion GrubHub is an extreme scam that uses the blame game to confuse customers to attempt to make and maintain as much money as possible by any means necessary. The delivery driver that brought my food was exceptional and received her tip in cash. She has delivered to my house numerous times. And because of this GrubHub will be taking money out of her pocket too.

This company SUCKS! DO NOT USE THIER “service.” Ordered food for delivery, the restaurant called to ask when we were planning to pick up my food (after almost an hour!). Called GarbageHub to cancel order and was informed they couldn’t because our order was still being prepared in the kitchen….we were eating our food while I was in the phone with this CRAPPY COMPANY!!! NEVER! NEVER USW THIS COMPANY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
