We only got half of our order delivered, and the customer service agent wouldn’t give us a refund big enough to compensate the service fees. We lost money re-ordering what was missing from our order. It’s two hours later and we’re still waiting for part of our order to get delivered. The restaurant worker confirmed she had the whole order at the restaurant and ready to get picked up after it was placed. We tipped ahead of time and have no way of taking away the tip for the driver and now have to re-tip another driver to bring the rest of our original order. Will never use GrubHub again after today.

Took 2 hours for a cup of coffee asked to cancel and they said no they couldn't cancel the order since it was in even with 2 hours of waiting. Gave me a $7 gift card but I canceled the account. If you can't give customer service don't offer it.

HORRID PUTRID disgusting bait and switch tactics. They refused to honor an offer that was on the site. Complete bait and switch. I sent screenshots of both the offer and my qualifying order. They made up their own rules and interpretations for not honoring the offer. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and could not be connected. This company is the epitome of incompetency and selfishness

Order arrived over an hour late after already cancelled and got other food in person. When I tried to bring this up to the support service, they weren’t able to provide accurate time estimates, driver locations, or generally any status regarding the order. Tried to gloss everything over with a $15 coupon, that’s only good for a few weeks. Will not be returning for business.

Grub hub is literally the worst company to order food from! I haven’t received bed my order a few times and never received a refund or concession. The customer service is no help at all they will hold you on the line for a long period of time pretending to resolve your issue… only to apologize for the inconvenience and do nothing at all but apologize!! I hate this company and will never use them again! I advise no one use this company! Uber eats is much better!

They continually forget something, or stop and pick up and deliver a 2nd order after picking up mine, which means it sits in the driver's car for an extra 5-15 minutes making barely edible food inedible for a premium price. They are a joke. Cancelled GrubHub+, never going back.

Got double charged on dinner instead of $60 it cost me $120 for pizza!!?? Called immediately next day...never got a refund called again was told sorry nothing they can do!! I don't work hard to throw my money to rich people!!

I asked grub hub to cancel my order because the store was closed even though grub hub listed it as opened. An hour later I looked at my grub hub account and it said my order was in the works even though I was promised by a customer service agent that it was canceled. I told grub hub that the store was closed and my food would never arrive and that I canceled an hour ago when it said order sent. They told me You may have received an unusual number of refunds or concessions on this or previous accounts. Because of this, I’m unable to process a refund or concession. The problem the store is closed and it says in the works and I'm never going to receive the food that I canceled and was forced to pay for. They open at 4pm right now it's 12 am which means it will be in the works for 16 hours or I will never get the food and still be charged. These mfs scammed me out of my money and now I'm forced to pay for something I don't want from a store that's closed but listed as open by grub hub. I fell asleep at 2 am 4 almost 4 hours after I placed the order. I woke up at 740 am and it said rate and review your order as if it was delivered yet it didnt say your order was delivered on the messages that notify you. So basically grub hub made me pay for a food that was never delivered due to the store being closed. I will never in my life ever use grub hub again.

i placed a order minutes later i canceled order. The representative was trying to get me to keep the order. By the time he canceled it he said it’s too late the restaurant is already making it. The take to long to do things and now i’m out $73. i don’t need the food.

I continuously receive text messages that my order will be ready for pickup between a certain time at a specific restaurant. The issue is I DON"T HAVE A GRUBHUB ACCOUNT! I tried to call the customer service number to have it removed, but that hasn't worked. They ask for my name when I call and tell me I don't have an account. That's the only thing they get correct and have not removed my number and inform the idiot that mistyped his phone number to correct his.

Ordered Taco Bell. Specifically said do not show up without sauces. Request completely disregarded. Food left at door without sauces. About the 12th time this has happened. Spoke to supposedly important people to no avail. Do not order from GrubHub. They can’t manage simple logistics and do not deserve your business.

I am not surprised GrubHub only has a 1.1 stars rating. They persistently forget my drinks. Their Customer Service is a complete scam. I recently had an order that took well over an hour to deliver and arrived cold. When I called Customer Service they offered me a $5 credit (on a $25 order). When I complained further they went up to $7. I asked to speak to a Supervisor who offered me $15. DO NOT USE GrubHub if you have any other choice.

NEVER use Grubhub I placed a breakfast order from McDonald. My order was delivered to the wrong address called customer care he allegedly called McDonalds and they said they would do a reorder, 30 minutes later I received a notification that my order was cancelled because McDonald’s could not fulfill my order due to it was lunch. I called customer care back and only thing the representative advised me was McDonald’s could not fulfill the order. What a joke. App has been deleted from my phone never again. Count your days Grubhub

I have zero idea what has happened to Grubhub, but my recent orders are ALWAYS F'ed up. The most recent order got rerouted to a restaurant 15 miles away, while the same chain has a location 5 blocks away. Their customer service people don't care about their customers and just blow off customers and blame them for Grubhubs mistakes. I have a free trial through Amazon and will not be continuing with them past that trial.

GrubHub decided NOT to refund my missing Golden Spice smoothie that was part of my Fix & Repeat meal order. Apparently, the smoothie is seasonal and was no longer supposed to be on the menu but I didn't find this out until I spoke with the restaurant manager who said that it had been removed from their online menu and they refunded my money and GrubHub needed to approve the refund. When I contacted Grub Hub they refused to refund me. They said I had too many issues with past orders and I would no longer be receiving any refunds. I told them that this was not right as they were punishing me for restaurants and delivery drivers mistakes, which I had no control over. They still refused to refund me. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company who refunded me my $11.50 and went after GrubHub. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and this is my 5th review that I have written about GrubHub and their shady business practices. They have 3 lawsuits filed against them and I am surprised they remain in business. I will NEVER order from them again!

We ordered online via Yelp/Grubhub and it said it would be 30-50 minutes. After 65 minutes, I called the restaurant, and they said the driver had picked it up 30 minutes prior. I called GrubHub and they looked up the order and said it had been delivered 25 minutes prior. I said it had not. They said to look on the doorstep. It was there, cold. We had been in the room next to the door with a dog who barks anytime anyone gets near the door, knocks or rings the bell. We had heard nothing. The driver had dropped off the order without even knocking or ringing the bell. Never GrubHub again!
