Tonight is the last time I will ever get delivery through GrubHub. They have the worst customer service. I placed an order at 7:04 PM with an ETA on my food of 30-45 minutes. Then I get a text saying that it's going to be another 30-45 minutes. I finally get a text message saying my order has been delivered. I open my door and what do I see...NOTHING! I usually get a text message from both the app and the individual driver when my order is delivered, but this driver didn't even bother to text me. So I just received the standard delivery text. When I contacted customer service, the representative was giving me the run around when I asked her to either find out where my food was or provide me with a refund. She asked me for my address, phone number, etc. I was like I've been waiting for this order for 1.5 hours and then waited in the chat queue for another 15 minutes. I want a refund or my food. She said, "Let me see what I can do." What exactly is that supposed to mean? Taking someone's money and not delivering their product is stealing! Then she rudely just transferred me to a manager who was magically able to process a refund in a matter of minutes. He offered me a $15 discount code for my next order, but I told him to keep it. This whole situation was absolutely ridiculous! I would say 7/10 I use Grub Hub there is a problem with the order. Missing items, slow delivery, cold food, delivering stuff to the wrong address. This was the last straw for me. Luckily I have GrubHub plus free through my Amazon account because I definitely would not spend a single penny paying for this service! Now it's 9 PM and I have to go find something to eat. Unbelievable!

Tonight , the worst experience! I ordered my meal for tonight my last $40.00 and they cancelled my meal instead of fixing the mistake. Now no food or money or order from no where and. They do not care. It is a whole bunch of call center idiots from probably over seas she hung up on me the Chinese yo yo

Ordered food, took them 50 minutes to pick it up, then instead of delivering it to the door or contacting us when arrived, he dumps at the entrance of our apartment complex and drives off. Without calling us. My complex has about 400 apartments. Dogshit service, driver is classless and disrespectful.

So late. Like >2 hrs. Called the restaurant and they said my food has been sitting there for 1.5 hrs. My husband went to go pick it up. Then the restaurant said they had to make a new order bc it had been sitting out too long and they aren’t allowed to give food that’s been out too long.

I was trying to place an order on Grubhub with family members waiting. I kept on getting an error saying order has been cancelled and please contact customer service. BUT there was no phone number to customer service! Finally changed payment method away from Paypal to a credit card and it finally worked after 20 minutes of frustration. Grubhub needs to display a message on the screen explaining what the problem is or provide a phone number to call if there is an issue.

I was referred to grub hub from a friend . I had just had my wisdom teeth pulled and signed up I was excited that I didn’t have to go anywhere that grub hub would he delivering my order it first said 7:56 pm then it went to 8:06 then 8:16 . I called the restaurant to see if they are busy and she said no it’s dead we have the order ready then I contacted help on the grub hub the gentleman jeronimo told me the restaurant is very busy and I said I already called and there not just it’s completely dead so there is a lie not a good first impression. My mouth was hurting so I decided I really want this smoothie so I called and said can I pick this order up the girl on the phone said yes . So I drove there to get my drink and came home I am not satisfied with grub hub they said they would give me a discount but frankly I laugh at that not worth my time . I’m officially deleting the app .anyone who wants. Good food app don’t waste your time with something that doesn’t work . I would give it no stars if I could

There Customer Service is horrible. I know drivers don't have the ability to check orders because they are sealed. However, This should not be held against the customer when a item is missing. And this seems to happen alot. And Grub Hub will stop you if you get more then 2 refunds. Telling me that it has to be reviewed in 7 to 10 days and then they will let me know. We'll how about you call the restaurant ect very they forgot now..7- 10??Horrible customer service. Done with Grub Hub.

The worst drivers but they are more than happy to take your money! Customer service is lacking. Refund? Good luck! I’ve been waiting for my refund for non delivery of food for 3 weeks (unacceptable)and going to the Better Business Bureau to resolve this. Grub Hub sux

I ordered Ice cream tonight,I saw the driver pick up my order then it said he was on his way. The driver sat in one spot for 30 mins. I asked him if he was on his way and he said he has to orders. I called the ice cream place and they told me he had picked my ice cream up 50 mins ago,I cancelled the order and deleted my app.I am not eating melted ice cream,they suck!’

I also wish there were zero stars! Buyers beware! We placed a gift card order. The system requires a credit card. The system then charged the credit card instead of the gift card. We tried to live chat with an agent and a supervisor and they refused to reprocess or refund.

I really wish there was zero stars. There is always a problem with your drivers. i understand mistakes happen but how do you keep delivering my orders to random addresses? Find better employees.

For our Christmas Eve, we ordered at Grubhub for delivery from Chili’s. I placed the order the day before using Grubhub’s advance order feature so that the restaurant WOULD NOT RUN OUT OF RIBS OR STEAK on that busy day. So at the time our food was supposed to be here, nothing. I called the restaurant and they told us Grubhub did not send them an order for us! I called Grubhub, who never even apologized, and they sent the order in to Chili’s then! By that time Chili’s had run out of ribs and our entire meals were late. Grubhub gave us a $5 credit when they should have refunded the whole order! Grubhub ruined our Christmas Eve meal and we will never ever use them again! And neither will any of our friends.

I have over $90 in gift card credits but they keep rejecting my orders with no reason given. Customer service took hours to get back to me and offered no solution; told me they would contact me if they had questions. They basically stole $90 from me. I'm also a Type 1 Diabetic and I was counting on this service to be able to eat today. My blood sugar has gone down to unsafe levels three times since I first contacted customer service. It's literally a health and safety issue at this point and they are still doing basically nothing.

Worst customer service experience. App is has more restrictions on menu than I've seen on Doordash or Uber Eats. 4 orders since October that I got refund email confirmation on. Come to find out today those refunds were never processed and instead I got double charged on one of those transactions. Upon chatting with SI Fitzgerald on app support, I was first asked to check with my bank, then told he will fill a report, then he refused to compensate for inconvenience with bad attitude. DISAPPOINTED

1st time customer. Very disappointed, upset and frustrated. The delivery driver that was assigned to my personal order claimed they delivered my food a total of $50 along w/ a tip I generously included before services were complete. After calling I was told I apologize nothing can be done. We won't refund your money and have it redelivered to the address. We will only redeliver without a full refund. We won't compliment your order after the horrible injustice and first experience with GrubHub. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!

Grubhub is giving Amazon a bad name! Free Grubhub delivery for 1 year if you're an Amazon Prime member. Our food was picked up for delivery and on the way to our house, the Grubhub driver stopped somewhere else to pick up another order. We watched online as his car sat for 15 minutes while he was waiting for the other order. By the time we got our food it was obviously cold! This should not be allowed! Horrible customer service. Grubhub needs to change their delivery process and focus on one delivery at a time.

If I could leave no stars I would. They are the absolute worst. Delivery is always late. Food is always cold. Their customer service sucks they won’t even begin to help you. Not only that in the last 6 times I ordered I ended up having to go pick it up myself 2 of the times. Otherwise you don’t get your food and are still charged

Grubhub not only allows theft, they assist with it due to them getting a kickback. They do not help the customer at all. Their customer support even stated that do not have a legal team.....what king of multi-billion dollar company doesn't have a legal team? Their customer service refused to assist in any way.
