“An item I ordered was shipped on 12/10/20 and has been in limbo ever since. Was a present for Christmas and still have not received. Called customer service and requested a call back when it’s my turn and never received a call. Very disappointed.”

“I am so disappointed by Jomashop like I never see something like this in my entire life. My package was supposed to come on Friday December 18th 2020! Today it's Tuesday December 22nd and still no clue of where and when my package will be delivered to me. So today I called them and everything that I saw online for the review is true, very rude customer service not polite. The guy just told me that I should wait until my package arrive and hang up on me. Woooo I'm still shocked, Jomashop should be cancelled because it's fraud!!! Who does that ? So now I have to buy a new Christmas gift because I'm not sure that I will receive my package kage before Christmas. I'm so sad and mad at the same time. I wish I can report them if someone know how to do it please let me know. Don't order on Jomashop poeple.”

“Have not received my order. Order was placed 11/27/20 was shipped 11/30/20. Received tracking information that package would be delivered on 12/04/20, then received another update I would receive order on 12/05/20. It’s not 12/21/20 I still have not received my package. No update on shipping information either. Last update said pack is late and will arrive soon. That update was sent on 12/06/20. Tried calling the USPS who is the postal carrier no answer after being on hold for 2 hours. Tried calling Jomashop, got no answer every time. Extremely frustrated.”

“Ordered the grey ceramic Longines Hydroquest 43mm for my husband because he likes automatic divers, and he absolutely loves it! I got a great deal on the price during the Black Friday deals, and the watch looks spectacular, pictures do not do it justice. Ordering was simple and shipping took 2 workdays. will order from JomaShop again.”

“Don't let their cheaper prices fool you. When it comes to customer service- Good luck. They don't care about customer satisfaction. I purchased a Hamilton watch, due to similarities, I purchased the 38mm instead of 42mm. I didn't realize that till my son measured the case. Jomashop refused to acknowledge advertising deception due to color and price similarities. They suggested replacing the watchband. I hate when someone insults my intelligence, what does the watch case size have to do with the watchband. 3 months of back & forth under the supervision of BBB. Jomashop refuses to resolve the issue. I will never support a business that does not value my business.”

“Purchased a pair of RayBans with a $15 coupon applied. Coupon applied succesfuly at checkout, but when I hit submit, their system malfunctioned and charged me for the full price without discount. I called CS and spoke to a very rude rep named Dee. Acted as if I was wasting her time. She said she would take care of my credit and rushed me off the phone. Lo and behold, the credit never came. Called back and another rep told me she would credit my card and email once finalized. She later emailed back and said that this could no longer be done. No reason or explanation whatsoever. Don't fall for their low price bait and switch tactics. Pass on this vendor.”
