“The worst web shopping experience I ever had. I bought sunglasses and never received the product. I try to contact by phone, email, live chat... no proper answer whatsoever. In the chat, the only where I got a feedback, informed that my order was not even authorized. It was a birthday gift that I could not give. Waiting the cancellation.”

“I am very upset with your site. On November 1st, I ordered a watch for my dad's birthday for November 27th. almost a month passed and my order was not even sent i.e. the status was just in progress. I decided to re-order, in a live chat the assistant did not even say sorry, just rudely said we will send next week and it is possible. I decided to re-order since a month has passed. I reloaded but my money was withdrawn from the first order. I still haven't received my order. you don't even need a watch. I require a refund. my order is # 2AR8866 and # 2B30541”

“I purchased a movado watch and received an empty box! Everything in it, little pillow and all, except the WATCH. Also shipment was late, no forewarning. Re shipment will take a whole week before I see anything! Worst experience ever! Didn't even offer me free shipping or expedited shipping for their mistake! Would not recommend this company!”

“This is the worst site i've ever had to deal with. Twice I ordered stuff from them and they purposely send you the wrong item and then want to charge you a return fee for their stupid mistakes. And they have a bad customer service reps. imagine a customer service rep telling you she doesn't work at the warehouse and so therefore I should move on.”

“THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CHAT IS TERRIBLE AND THE PERSONS BEHIND THE CHAT ARE RESPONDING VERY LATE, THEY DO NOT ANSWER CLIENT'S QUESTIONS PRECISELY AND KEEP SENDING SOME NON-RELATED POLICIES. IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER PLACE, CONSIDER THAT, THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE CHEAP PRICES, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!”

“This company is a total scam. They pay people to post fake reviews so you feel ok ordering. Then you get your watch. Mine was broken. Jomashop is a total scam! Joma shop is a rip off. Avoid this place.”

“If you buy from Jomashop you’re playing Russian Roulette. I purchased an Omega Watch from them and the first time I wore it it stopped running. It had been slightly over 30 days and they had me send it in for repairs. After 2 1/2 months and much complaining, the staff said the watch had been repaired but couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. I even offered to purchase another watch for $2000 additional and they wouldn’t even discuss it. Be aware if you buy anything from Jomashop that their customer service is horrible.”
