Still haven’t received my item! Was supposed To be delivered Tuesday paid for express shipping was supposed To receive a refund for the shipping no refund and still not package! The customer Service is also terrible. Their Reps don’t Care about their customers nor the customers experience!

I made s purchase I did NOT received a confirmation send to my Email, there is NO tracking order links, the purchase is a Christmas gift I made the purchase on November 28,20 today is December 17,20 NO info of my item. I won't be purchasing anything else of this company that prices are SUPER high for the BAD service. DISAPPOINTED 👎

Do not order from jomashop. I know the prices are appealing but if you go to return something they will claim you damaged the item so you can not return. Their customer service in general is also awful. They will scream at you and hang up on you. It was a nightmare to deal with and ultimately you end up stuck with the item. Shop anywhere but jomashop

I ordered a gift for my wife and in looks like I will not be getting it before Christmas. Had I known that a month before christmas was not enough lead time to get an item that was in stock I would have never ordered from these guys. I have called and waited long periods of time to get a live person on the phone and was told each time it would ship the next day. Just terrible.

They sent fake perfume trying to pass it off as Halston cologne. The person that I reported it to because I need to return it's really bad; told me it would be a couple hours before I will get the email with instructions to mail it back. Then it takes a week to refund my money after they receive it back. It took almost 6 weeks from the beginning of the order until I received it this is ridiculous. Who wants to bet I never get the email to return it??

Ordered the day after Thanksgiving. Site said 3 to 5 days. Notified TWO WEEKS LATER that the item was back ordered. Site never indicated that it was out of stock.

DO NOT BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM JOMASHOP. I ordered 3 sunglasses and I only received 2. I tried to communicate with them, don't call to their number because never respond. I'm calling all the fuck*ng day and nobody responds the calls. Their email from "help" doesn't work, they never send an answer. Please don't buy from JOMASHOP.com.

I bought a Panerai and within 2 months the band fell off because the spring broke. When I contact Jomashop, they told me that they were not going to fix it since it was not an internal break. First of all, they did say that without inspecting the watch. Second of all, it is an internal break/defect. Last but not least, worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR JAMASHOP unless you don't care about customer service and/or warranty.

I have purchased several watches now from Jomashop. Everything has been as promised. Great prices and all watches were as described and new and working as should. I will continue to order and just purchased my wife a nice Certina ladies watch. Thanks to all Jomashop employees who provide great customer experience. Mel

Bought an invicta watch. Price was the lowest I've seen. Watch came two days early and I had no issues. Will buy watches from Jomashop again. Very competitive pricing.

I ordered a YSL purse and I ended up receiving a perfume... I sent the item back and I have yet to receive any updates. I have tried contacting them and all I get is no answer and keep hanging up.
