“I actually had a good experience my omega was delivered I liked it so much I tried to trade my panerai bmg for a Sedona gold omega. ( trades are different) My panerai was $17000 Canadian they offered $6800 it was worn one time. So they say they trade but in essence they expect you to give away your trade to them. I wrote this previously they did not list my review.”

“C'était un cadeau pour ma nièce et mon premier achat sur le site.. La montre est encore plus sympa en réalité que sur la photo. Le cuir est un peu dur, mais avec le temps ça ira. Satisfaite et par les délais de livraison, et par l'achat lui-même. Merci Jomashop!”

“Horrible customer service. I purchase a Loewe gate bag from them. The bag that got shipped to me does not seem like a real bag. The overall quality looks bad (poor stitching, glazing, the leather smells like plastic), there is also a long dented line at the back of the bag. I tried to talk to customer service. They just insisted the bag was real and didn’t even listen to why I thought the bag was fake. Then the rep just cut me off. I then tried to email and call but got no response. Be aware, do not buy from them! Very fishy and horrible customer service.”

“I have ordered the watch to be delivered for Christmas. Piad extra for 2nd day Fedex to arrive on December 23rd. Well. December 24th here and NO watch or message from Jomashop on the delivery status! Please give your business to someone else! Poor customer service.”

“Terrible Customer Service. If they spent as much time helping customers instead of writing fake 5-star reviews across multiple review site they would actually earn those 5-stars. They seem to survive on selling everyone else's leftover "Grey" market merchandise with no Factory Warranty or by selling products they misleadingly seem to ship but never arrives. Horrible place to do business with. Don't fall victim”

“Never received the item. Jomashop said it was missing address information which is hard to believe because you can't make a purchase unless the address information is filled in. Never got a refund until I called Jomashop and even then I didn't get the full refund. Tried to speak with customer service and they told me "I'm hanging up the phone" I don't I will shop there again”

“Order a Xmas present on 12/04 with can expected dlv of between 12/18 and 12/20. Order shows as being in transit since 12/18. Called customer service and the person asked to call after Xmas and because its been less than 7 days he cant do anything about it. He then simply hung up. My last purchase with you guys. Best.”
