“My item was missing three items (I ordered five ties), with a partially opened box. Could be JomaShop's fault, could be FedEx, but regardless, I received horrible service (was surprised I could even reach someone as I have an unanswered email that has still yet to be answered, was on hold for 2 hours with nothing, and decided that chat was the best option, which still took a while). The representative was accusatory and not helpful at all- I was told to send pictures of my box and email it to her - this was tough, as I did take a picture of the damaged box, but it was only from one angle. I was told by the rep that this will not suffice, and for all the rep knows, it would be "without proof and that the rep would have to go on my word, which isn't enough." Somehow, I am out now around $300 for something JomaShop will not try to help on. Also, my second package was late as well, so there's that.”

“I bought a jacket for $800 jacket and it had a dye packet on it so I contacted them to take it off over 6 months it tuck me calling them 20 times and I had to pay $130 to send it back they then kept the jacket sold it for more money and didn't refund me till I called another 20 times and would not refund me for my shipping these company will steal your money and not care about you”

“Once y’all cancelled my order because you said the item wasn’t in stock but then listed it back in stock at a higher price. I felt like y’all wasted my time shopping. Customer service was no help. Other than that you guys are okay.”

“Very positive experience. I was apprehensive as the price was quite a bit lower so I was worried that my new ray-bans would not be authentic or would be damaged/defective, but that was not the case. I am in a rural area so shipping took about a week, maybe a bit longer, but that was to be expected. I will definitely order from here again.”

“So I was excited when I found some colognes for a great price, but that eventually turned in to being worried. I order a total of 3 colognes because unfortunately I was going to get charged for delivery, I received one of the items pretty quickly and with that came the price of that cologne and the delivery cost. The other two items I assumed that I was going to get them later but is been a wile now I I have not received them yet. The worst part is that I have written twice asking for status and no answer so far. Please check order below: Order: M2W59054 Thank you!”

“Shipping of my new Ray-Ban Mr. Burbank sunglasses was much faster than anything I experienced with Ray-Ban dot com. As an added bonus, unlike what I received from Ray-Ban dot com that last time I ordered from them (which will be my last time, ever), the sunglasses I received from Jomashop were actually brand new and *not* previously owned! So, to sum: Jomashop provided fast shipping of sunglasses exactly as described, along with an absolutely killer price on these made in Italy, acetate and crystal glass lens Mr. Burbank sunglasses.”
