“He made many purchases with you, and the truth is the first time that I have problems. I made 5 purchases of which two charged me twice and the others charged me and did not send them, I had to cancel them. They have not returned the money for those 5 purchases 2W07234 2W07266 2W07322 2W07334 2W09716 in the means of payment with which you buy it or in vouchers to make new purchases”

“Excellent customer service and prices. Items as described. Fast shipping. A helpful, polite, USA English speaking human being answered the phone and fixed the mistake I made when ordering - no infuriating computerized voice menus or unintelligible overseas "customer service" agent. Emails questions were answered within the hour.”

“The Alaia sunglasses are just beautiful! Well made, stylish, sophisticated, and not too large for a woman with a small face. Quality all the way! Jomashop's price for the sunglasses was the best I could find online. They shipped them very quickly, too. :-)”

“It's been four days or so since I sent my inquiry, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I ordered a full size three ounce perfume, and they sent me a little carded sample instead. The thing is I wouldn't have made the order if not for that perfume because it looked like a really good deal, so they ended up getting a big order out of me. I'm really hoping they make it right and don't try to just refund my $10. I don't care if I get a tiny little sample out of this. My order ended up being $80 or so. Either way, this is a long time to wait to hear back. Giving the extra star for having ordered without issue in the past, though I should say I usually have to wait way longer than the allotted time they claim. I once had to wait a month. As of now, I'm not too happy.”

“The Prada shades I received are fake and or not as advertised. The shades are non polarized but advertised as polarized. I received them in not great condition. I will be sending them back.”

“Items pictured on the website do not match items sent. Customer service said they use stock photos and the shirts aren't meant to match the photos on the site. Deceptive marking if you ask me. I added a pic of the shirt color I received vs the online pic of the shirt i thought i was getting.”

“I made my first purchase of men's cologne from Jomashop about a month ago, and since then two more as their prices are good. My orders were all received in about one week well packaged authentic and recent dated, this was a plus. Spending thousands on other sites over the years with mostly positive results I decided to give Jomashop a try as another resource. Again only purchasing cologne there has been no issues. Reading some of the reviews it appears that there are people having problems with customer service which should never occur as word travels fast and there's a hundred different sites with similar offerings . Jomashop has been a good choice for me so far therfore I do recommend them. Blackwatch P.M. 64”
