This is the worst company on the face of this planet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR VALUABLE TIME. They lie and tell you items will arrive by this date or that date. Then, you will wait weeks to find your order has not even shipped. From Hong Kong. Which they do everything to hide. Yes this company is based out of Hong Kong. So do not order unless you don't mind waiting months. Also, the customer service is extremely poor and incompetent. They will take your money, then deny you a refund when your order doesn't come. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "COMPANY".

DO NOT ORDER !!! They won't refund your money , after i waited 1 month for 100£ order they asked me to wait another 35 working days, Items come from China not Spain , I payd for special delivery but now nearly 2 months (ordered on the 10.04.2020) items are still in transit

Refund not for full amount paid. Items received damaged because of poor packaging at source, low quality, not as pictured. Delivery took two months and tracking not reliable. Over priced trash. This company is a scam. Stay away!

I was never informed that 2 items were not being delivered. Then I clearly stated over and over DO NOT CREDIT PAYPAL. I WILL ORDER NEW ITEMS. Then I get an email that paypal has been credited. This has thrown my money away. That account is closed AS I SAID. I CANNOT RETRIEVE THAT MONEY. I KEPT STATING DO NOT CREDIT PAYPAL. I want to order new item for the $64. Will you do this? Or just take my money? And be dishonest?

Have waited 57 days for an order to arrive. Have contacted NewChic about it twice and they provided a tracking link and when I went to the link, it was in Chinese so that was of no help at all. Also have two other orders that have not been delivered and they are 41 days out from the date of order. In all instances, my bank account is out the money. After my second online live chat, I was admonished and told there is a global pandemic that is causing the delay. I obviously am aware of said pandemic and again simply asked when was the expected delivery date for my three orders. I was again admonished and told I should be cooperative like other customers! Really?? I was only asking for an anticipated delivery date. I then was told to give it another few days for the deliveries to arrive and I said I would give it another week but after that I wanted a FULL refund. Their response was that they could reship the order and I said, no, I would want a FULL refund. I have a transcript of the call. The clothes are lovely on the website but their service is lousy and it's very frustrating to receive a tracking link in another language, to not have questions answered and to be scolded. Really, stay away from these folks. One star given but if I could give No stars, I would as this is not the first time I've had this experience with them. The last one, BTW, was prior to the pandemic, so their service is poor - period.

Never received purchases. Told I could not get refund because I waited too long. I waited the fourty five days they said it could take. This site is a rip off. What customer service? What other than pictures to look at? BEWARE!

I give them a one for having an ok web design. They are based in Hong Kong and should not be taking orders for masks when they know darn well they cant come through with the orders on time. I would not trust this company again for anything because its basically automated responses with empty promises after they get your money.

Do not order from NewChic!!! I purchased gloves and masks and did not receive all of my items. They told me to send a photo of the missing items, which makes absolutely no sense at all. I have contacted the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Fraud Division) in my state to assist me. Even if nothing can be done, I want other potential consumers to be warned against their fraudulent and unethical business practices. Please stay away from NewChic. They are taking advantage of people during this horrible COVID 19 pandemic!!!

Don’t get sucked in to this awful site. Everything looks fab and stylish, the prices DONT. Everything is well over priced.......and then delivery. It costs more than the items themselves. I ordered a glass tea mug, very cute and on point........it arrived smashed to hell and back. Ok, not really NewChic’s fault.......yes it was, it was wrapped in a single thin layer of bubble wrap...... not enough to travel half way around the world. No joke, it was pathetic. Be wise people, not good at all.

Poor quality items. Poor customer service. Very difficult to return items that do not fit. They try and talk you into keeping things you don't want by offering you a 30-50% discount on next purchase. They tell y0uo you have to send them picture of the items, which doesn't make sense at all, unless there is a defect. Do not do business with this company!

I, too, only saw the small print (up to 45 days for shipping) after ordering. First, there was no tracking number or info for two weeks. Now tracking info tells me it was in New York City on May 8th. Today, the 16th, it tells me it's in Los Angeles. I live near Kansas City! Why send it clear across the country??? No further info on when I can expect it.

I ordered a top in middle of April and it is now May 9th and I am told it has just been sent. There were choices for articles that were not yet available but my top said clearly it was available. It now looks like there is small print that says 35 working days before you get it. As I had wanted it for the warm weather now, and it goes next week, I am very disappointed.

This company is not worth a f#@$. Not only are they advertising real merchandise on their page but when purchase items they are fake. Only generated emails with no response from a live person. Waste of money and lack of communication on when you should receive items even if you pay to get merchandise asap you still dont see your merchandise nor tracking number👎. Extremely disappointed in this site

Its been 14 Bus Days (as of 5/2/20) since I purchased a number of ladies shirts and COVID protective gear on April 13th 2020. I paid ~$35for Priority Mail. Be aware - it takes more like 25 days to get your stuff. **Details: After ordering, I received an order confirmation with no tracking numbers. On May 2nd, 2020 - I went to their online chat and waited 1 hr for an agent. I WAS able to get 3 tracking numbers from her. A COVID Hat Visor didn't ship until 4-26, a N95 Mask has not left NewChic as of 5-2 and shirts shipped on 4-16 but didn't arrive in US until 4-29 and still 4-5 days away. Don't buy your COVID stuff here - they don't appear to have the inventory. And be prepared to wait the full 25 days for your shirts.

I ordered 2 shirts from Newchic on March 9, 2020. Today is May 1, 2020. I have not received the shirts nor have I received any notification from them about order status except for their original email with the order number. Newchic does not answer my emails. I have tried to chat with them on their website and no one comes online to talk. Instead, I get a message saying I only have "3 more minutes to wait." I have waited for as long as 25 minutes while this message was on the screen. MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE STOLEN $60 FROM ME. I'M JUST GLAD MY ORDER WASN'T FOR A LARGER DOLLAR AMOUNT. ANOTHER REVIEWER COMMENTED: "THIS COMPANY SUCKS." I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!

Worst customer service ever. The tracking information didn't work. After two months, I wrote to ask for status on my order. It took them a week to respond. I then followed up again. Miraculously they shipped my order the day that I got a hold of them. Still haven't received my package. Their customer service suggested it was reasonable to wait for over a hundred days for my order. Every time I contact them, they give me the same script no matter what I asked. Never shopping with them again.
