Very bad, i have been waiting 6weeks for my refund that a dress i never received cant get in contact with them and now they are not responding to emails, please dont order from them they are scum!!!!

REceived an email stating that my order shipped 3/22 its now 4/11 and still nothing. I have chatted with them 2x and they can't seem to figure out where the parcel is. They gave me a tracking number that does not register anywhere. I called customer service and it sounded like a cell phone; they guy confused me with someone else then hung up. I called back and it sounded like someone was standing outside in the wind but no one spoke. I called back again and then no answer so I called from another number and someone picked up and when I began to speak they hung up. SCAM SCAM SCAM -- RUN DON'T WALK...

I ordered 2 PAIR of boots on March 3rd. They still have NO INFO. Go figure. Very hard to navigate to someplace to talk to someone. Never never never order anything. How come all of their 5star ratings only have 1 name? MADEUP. SCREW TBIS COMPANY. I WILL HAVE YOUR SHITTY SERVICE EVERYWHERE.TAKE YOUR DAMN COMPANY SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU SUCK BIG TIME. Never received item even though they say delivered. When contacted, they stated delivery April 11-15, kept checking status and now it was delivered March 23. Bull...Now I cannot contact them through their website.

Beware of Scamming! When I placed my order, all items were "in stock". But that was a lie, very likely a designed scam in retrospect. They have no stock! Once you paid, nothing happens! And they will start splitting your order into a bunch of sub-orders to confuse you. Then, when you finally run out of your patience and ask for a refund, the trick comes in. You will get less money back than what you originally paid, even though no sale actually happens. Because the refund comes through in several instalments, for the original order has been split into 3 sub-orders. If I had not recalculated the total amount, I would have let it slide! When I contacted them and asked for an explanation, the customer services was unbelievably rude. What a bunch of disgusting liars these people are! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS.

Arrived after 4 weeks, nice shoes but the wrong shoes. Customers' service is very poor strive to zero. although it's them mistake, no refund nor replacement. don't ever do business with them.

Recently, I ordered shoes size #8 (European 41), the shipping took 4 weeks, except the order email I could not trace the shipping etc. when arrived, the shoes looks decent nice however, one size bigger. when searching on the shoes the size # I realized there is no size number - not at all! I contact newchic.com regarding the wrong size in order to have replacement to the right size, they reply that I got the correct size and never response to my answers nor calls. how could they tell I'm wrong by the time there is not size number on the shoes like all other shoes' companies? Save yourself aggravation and don't buy from them, do yourself a favor.

I order all my clothes online and I haven't been having any problems. I tried three times to place an order with NewChic and kept getting a data error message! I received ONE email after the 2nd attempt that said it was a problem with my card security. NOT! SheIn was happy to take my order and my expected delivery date tomorrow.

The products on this site are Chinese knockoffs of legit brands. The 5-star reviews are farmed (most of them are only 1-2 sentences). DO NOT BUY!!

Not exactly dishonest, but certainly not transparent and open. They do not reveal shipping costs til the very end of the process and then when they do their costs are out of line and shipping very slow. They are betting you are so far down the ordering menu you won't balk at the high costs. A shady way to do business, it makes me question the rest of their integrity.

They treat customers unfairly and have HORRIBLE customer service. I will never buy from this site again, and advise other not to as well. Delivery and returns also suck! Beware of NewChic!

SCAM ALERT!!! Newchic's return/refund policy requires you to enclose a printable label, that they email to you, inside the return package. I sent them 5 emails over 10 days to get them to do so. Newchic also requires you to send returns to China via the U.S. Postal Service, not FedEx, or DHL, etc. The USPS charges by weight and their fees are prohibitive. A small package with a lightweight pair of shoes costs $43.00 to send via the USPS. To return 2 pairs of shoes would have cost over $100! Newchic uses this return policy to discourage people from trying to return anything. Because you must mail the item back to them in order to get an exchange/refund you cannot comply with their return/refund policy. It is a scam used by Chinese sellers. That is why their prices are so low.

Very very Poor customer service. Items are not delivered in time, Items are lost. Customer service seem confused and give conflicting information on enquiries. Items are advertised that are out of stock. It took 6 weeks to get an order. Lost orders never accounted for up till today.

First I was over charged. Took almost 3 weeks to get that refunded to my card. It’s been about two months since I placed my order. I received an email February 5th that the ran out of product and supplier would be sending more in two weeks. I was asked if I wanted to wait on the product or get a refund of full amount. Did Not receive product and did not get refund.

My experience with NewChic was the worst experience I have had with online ordering. I order two chair covers that did not fit. Customer service was minimal and difficult accent to understand. I followed their return instructions and still got the run around. Returning the chair covers were impossible to return to China. After many correspondents, NewChic offer a up to 50% refund in 2 -3 days that never came. I will never ever deal with this company. Thanks to PayPal I was able to get a full refund. NewChic is messy!!!

Terrible company. I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers. After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, they then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they’re refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law. I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.

Two of four items arrived. A so-called corduroy dress is not only homemade but of a kind and fit I might have reluctantly made in school days. Peculiar refunds given for the other two - nothing added up to the total and no explanations offered for non-delivery. No response was made to a recent email (which allows only 300 words). Avoid, avoid, avoid - and certainly do not believe the pictures. The quality is appalling
