If I could write less than one star I would. Products are cheap knock offs of the photos. Half my items broke or are barely holding together. Worst quality I have ever seen. Looks like it came out of a gumball machine....and I paid a lot of money is the very worst part.

Very poor services delivery not on time very worst servies patetic customer support no one can.codinate for the same .... Very bad experience from you guys I book the delivery request by 8 jan and today's is 18 not received my parcel.....please I suggest you DNT book any parcels from SHEIN

The website tells you you can return the clothes if there's a problem. They mention the customer has to pay the shipping fee,which is fine. However they don't mention they also charge you about $CAD 8 to 12 to generate a return label. No where does there return policy say they'll charge.. absolutely ridiculous! Never buying from them again. The clothes didn't fit. They sent me medium when I ordered a small with the elastic worn out. So essentially if you're top was $CAD16 I'm going to end up spending more on returning it.

HYH97069 I would give 0 star if that was possible SHEIN didn’t deliver as promised The promised something and then turned back saying that’s not an option in our policy Worst online shopping experience I will put the feedback on fb and inst so that all my connections are aware of this Bad experience shein I ll never return

Purchase took 4 weeks to deliver. The quality was cheap and not easy to wear professionally. I returned the majority of my products and 6 weeks later - I am still waiting for my refund. No one can Give me a date that they can expect my refund. So still waiting on over $100 to be deposited back into my account. Not happy!

Extremely bad service. Didn't receive my order yet. It's been more than one & half month. No mail pertaining to refund or cancellation of the product.

Ordered a coat. Did not receive confirmation of my purchase, but credit card billed. Can't log back into the site, because once you put in email and password, it brings up a pop-up asking you to complete a puzzle. When trying to drag and drop, the puzzle piece will NOT move. It is impossible to log in to this site. Everything points to a fraudulent site.

Very bad service , they are mentioning that they delivered to the shipping company shipping company mentioned that parcel is still on transit , both of them trying to be helpless not providing any feedback

I placed an order for a rosegold dress for my daughter's graduation...it NEVER delivered!!! Although they made claims it did...I have surveillance cameras that prove they never came thru with my order & I'm also a housewife who stayed home waiting for it. PayPal didnt even cover for us either...I will never order from shein again

To start off with the products are of really bad quality. If you don’t like the product and would like to return it... good luck on the refund which you will never receive in this lifetime. Please stay away from this company I literally wasted $200 and even though I did not ask for express delivery I ended up spending $45 to top that $17 more to send the products back

I ordered a dress with Shein order 102949480 they have taken the first payment and no say they have no record of my order don't buy from this company they'll take the money and you never see the item.

I ordered an item which I had never received. Now I am trying to call the company and it says that the number is incorrect and I tried to chat with them and it just a robot. So I do not feel like a really good company. I spent 19 dlrs as my first time, because I wanted to try if it was a good company, but I see that isn't good.

There clothing runs big, but I. The website it lists the sizes as normal US measurements. I called to attempt to exchange them and they advised they are not accepting exchanges the months of Nov, Dec and Jan. Also, they will only provide free shipping for 1 item and I would need to pay for shipping of the other 2 items! NEVER was this advised when I ordered the items. This is ridiculous especially since I was going to reorder the same items just in a smaller size! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The employee was foreign of course, hard to understand and rude.

BECAREFUL with buying gift cards. I had ordered a 75.00 one and it was not sent to me by e-mail. When I spoke to Lovely Rose on chat she stated that my gift card can not be released because it was flagged for possible fraud and I needed to provide my ss#, picture id and bill of proof of my address (shady). When I went to type her back to cancel the order she signed off. I got in touch with someone else and he stated I can be refunded and I would get an e-mail stating I was going to be refunded. I have yet to received anything. I am dealing with PayPal about this but who knows how this is going to turn out. Please AVOID buying from them. There is obviously a scam going on here with taking your money and possible identity.
