“Please do not trust this company shein. i placed a order before christmas and never got the order. then i tried contacting customer service and they kept telling me go back and get my order number in witch they had delete, but at the same time took $71,01 out of my bank account. and erase the history of purchase. do not trust this company. I am contacting my bank about this as well. this company is doing a lot of bad business with a lot of people,”

“Daughter received a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. Washed 1x and garment shrank out of size. SheIN return policy does not accept washed items so would not process an exchange for larger size. The customer chat person cut me off when I attempted to complain about their policy, so I guess I leave my complaint here instead. Will not be giving them any future business.”

“Do NOT trust this website. SHEIN charged my account $29 on 12/25 when I did not buy ANYTHING for a while from them. I tried to return a few items and NEVER got my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM. They will just steal your money like they did mine. Delete your account info asap from this site and change your account info so they don't end up charging you for nothing.”

“I refunded two packages on December 2nd, have still not received my money back. It's a bad service. I chat with customer service and they show pictures of my returned items and they say just wait for two more days and you will get your refund back and will receive an email from us which I never got anything from them yet.”

“Shein is misleading! They send me coupons of "take 30% off plus free shipping" codes, when I apply the code it takes only a couple bucks off but no free shipping! I tried to apply a free shipping code, it works but then the % code doesn't work! Shein, DO NOT SEND ME CODES if they're not going to be applied with my order!”

“I ordered 2 products from Shein. I never received a confirmation email and never got the products, but they sure did charge my credit card. I have tried calling customer service, but it is a nightmare to get a hold of an actual person to refund my money. What a waste of money!”

“Bakwass Service...They dont provide solution for return Policy. U have to courier it compulsory for Mumbai Address. Don't go for this . Either go for Myntra, Flipkart and Amazon”

“I made a purchase online and received a message as if the order wasn't processed. Well long story short. Order was placed twice. Upon realizing it I tried to cancel the second order while in a processing state and the computer prompted me that the ordered couldn't be cancelled. I will never shop with them again.”

“It's been a month already. They authorised the refund, received the returned good but refuse to refund the money to my PayPal account as originally agreed. I will never buy from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

“It’s been an awful experience, i placed an order and waited a month without receiving it and when I contacted customer service they told that it was lost, and that I would have to replace the order and pay for express shipping if I want to get it fast, am I supposed to pay extra money for a lost order after waiting for 1 month already?”

“When you return the whole order you are entitled to receive a full refund including the postage costs of sending the order to you. This is a legal requirement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. SHEIN do not accept this so the postage costs are not refunded. As you also have to pay postage to return the order (which is permitted) I will not order again.”
